There is no better way to be articulate than how APC has been canvassing, advertising and campaigning. Every thing bears what they would love to do. Even the blind and the deaf have been penetrated. The only people who haven't seen, heard or understood are those who are dead to reasoning and those in the land of the dead. And unfortunately, better Nigeria is not meant for those!

The only people i pity in this whole scenario are the igbos beating their empty chest in support of GEJ and Jimi Agbaje. They have been cornered and rendered useless in the Nigerian polity so they are doing all they can to remain relevant. GEJ is an Ijaw man while Agbaje is Yoruba and it's obvious they don't give a damn about the igbo tribe who keep ranting in support of them. The Yeebos have finally turned to an Ijaw/Yoruba slave something they frequently accuse the Yoruba's of doing for the northerners grin

Whether agbaje or Ambode wins, Lagos remains in the hands of the Yoruba but under a different party. An igbo man will never rule Lagos or Aso rock.

What did the igbos benefit from GEJ's rulehuh The promise of second niger brigde is still on paper, Many failed projects in their erosion ravaged region and so on but these people chose to remain suffering.

The igbos are just trying to flex their political muscle but we all know that they will forever remain behind the yoruba and the north in Nigerian politics.

Instead of working hard to regain their political relevance, they are busy supporting those who don't care about their existence. When the reality of the economy hits them hard, they turn to drug trafficking and kidnapping for survival.

What a group of wasted sperms undecided

PoliticsGEJ ENDORSEMENT: Did Osun Obas Bless Or Curse Pres. Jonathan? {a Shocking Read} by farem(op): 11:36am On Mar 16, 2015
JONATHAN DUPED BY OSUN OBAS?
Ijesha High Chief, counters Osun Obas over walking stick blessing; says act symbolizes nothing
A major chief in Ijeshaland in Osun State on Sunday described as meaningless and of no symbolic value the pointing of walking sticks at President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday at the palace of Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuade.
This was just as controversies and mixed interpretations have greeted Saturday’s symbolic endorsement of President Goodluck Jonathan by traditional rulers in Osun State.
We reliably gathered that the Awise of Ijeshaland is a high ranking traditional chief under the Owa of Ijeshaland, Oba Aromolaran. Oba Aromolaran was also present at the meeting with Jonathan.
While some have described the symbolic pointing of the royal fathers’ walking sticks at the President as a bad omen, others have said the act is a double-edged sword that could be either curse or blessing.
A tradition ruler from the state who spoke with our correspondent on condition of anonymity on Sunday said he and a few other traditional rulers did not attend the meeting for which they were invited by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuade to honour President Jonathan.
The monarch, who said his role as a royal father prevents him from dabbling into issues of politics openly said he and some other monarchs in the state preferred to attend a more important ceremony in another part of Osun on that day adding that he did not believe in Jonathan and so could not be part of the ceremony to endorse him.
“You know the walking stick is meant to touch the grounds. Traditionally, any royal who is sincere and really wants to pray would not use his walking stick. His horsetail is the true symbol of blessing to a person.
“My mind tells me that it’s either those Obas present knew deep in their heart that they did not believe in Jonathan and so could not be using their horsetail to bless him or they deliberately set him up for bad luck.
“I must remind you that we once used that walking sticks for a governor one time in the state and that was when we knew his time was up in the state and truly his time was up and he was booted out,” the royal father said.
The irukere , the horsetail is used for both blessing and curse. If you use the tail of the horsetail, it is curse. If you use the head of the horsetail, it is blessing.
Speaking with our correspondent on the phone on Sunday, the Awise of Ijeshaland, Chief Idowu Awopetu, said the use of walking stick to pray for someone is not known to Yoruba Obas.
“The one you are referring to in which some of the Obas in Osun pointed their walking sticks at President Goodluck Jonathan has no meaning in traditional blessing. It is just a walking stick.
This walking stick is useless, baseless, with noting, no power there. As a traditionalist, we call it Opa Itile . It’s just for the kings to walk around. If its Irukere, it is used for both cursing and blessing. There are two ways to use it. If you use the bottom (tail), is is curse. If you use the head, it is blessing. Instead of them pointing their walking sticks at the President, they should have used that Irukere (horsetail). So it is useless.

Nigeria2015: Ex-House Speaker, Ghali Na’Abba, dumps PDP
March 15, 2015Muhammad Ahmad

A former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ghali Na’Abba, has dumped Nigeria’s ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
In his resignation letter dated March 15, Mr. Na’Abba, who led the legislative chamber during the Olusegun Obasanjo presidency, accused President Goodluck Jonathan of reducing governance to a ridiculous level and splitting the country along ethnic and religious lines.
The ex-lawmaker’s letter was sent to the chairman of the PDP Sharada Ward in Kano Municipal Local Government Area and titled “Notification of Resignation from PDP, each organs and committees.”
The letter was also copied to the PDP chairman in Kano, North West Zone National Vice Chairman, National Chairman, and Chairman of the party’s Board of Trustees.
Mr. Na’Abba blamed President Jonathan and other previous leaders of the PDP, which has ruled Nigeria since 1999, of putting the country in in a bad situation.
“In the sixteen years the Party has been ruling at the center, the Party’s leadership has failed to lead by example,” he said.
He, however, had the harshest criticism for the current president, saying, “No administration has used religion and ethnicity to divide Nigerians more than the current administration under the leadership of Mr. Goodluck Jonathan.”
The former lawmaker did not state if he was joining any other party but told PREMIUM TIMES on phone that he was being lobbied by other parties to join them. His supporters in Kano, whose governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, also dumped the PDP for the All Progressices Congress, APC, however expect the ex-lawmaker to also join the main oppostion party.
Read excerpts of his resignation letter below.
“You are no doubt aware of the abysmal level to which the leadership of our great Country under President Goodluck Jonathan and the Peoples Democratic Party have reduced governance to, as a result of which our great Party has been losing its sons and daughters including so many of its founding fathers and members by the day,” the Kano-born lawmaker stated.
“All efforts of critical members and fathers of the Party to offer advice remain always unheeded. It pains most of us that majority of the founding fathers that had died like Chief S. M. Afolabi, Alhaji Muhammad Abubakar Rimi, Chief Solomon Lar, Professor Osammor, Chief S. B. Awoniyi etc all died as a result of their frustration by and with the Party.
“Those living like Dr. Alex Ekwueme, Malam Adamu Chiroma, Dr Shettima Mustapha, Alhaji Asheikh Jarma Dr. Victor Odili, Mr. Isaac Shaahu and many others are equally living with such frustration. While others like Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Alhaji Isyaku Ibrahim, Alhaji Musa Gwadabe, two former National Chairmen, Chief Audu Ogbe and Chief Barnabas Gemade etc had since left the Party.
“The Party and the administration clearly possess neither compassion nor empathy.
“The Country’s and the Party’s leadership have become cabalised to the extent that while Nigerians are aware that they have a President in the person of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, they are at the same time at a loss as to who governs their Country. Both Nigeria and the PDP are left to drift. In the sixteen years the Party has been ruling at the center, the Party’s leadership has failed to lead by example.
“Instead, it has left us with the conventional wisdom that people cannot succeed in life unless they are ruthless and unprincipled. The Party has become characterized by corruption and impunity in the way and manner candidates for elective positions are being selected to the extent that in almost twenty states, crisis has engulfed the Party over the Gubernatorial primaries and the manner other candidates for other elective positions emerged.
“In short, the Party and the Country’s leadership have failed to consolidate democratic gains for sister African Countries and other transition Countries to follow. Instead, under the current leadership, Nigeria is suffering from loss of esteem, as we are now most often consigned to the back seat of international relations. Most worrisome is the current anxiety of most Nigerians as the regime wobbles and tumbles toward the oncoming election.
“It has today become incontrovertible that cartels and shady characters are becoming visible, important and indispensable factors in Nigeria’s governance. It appears those at the helm of affairs are more comfortable with such characters of easy virtue than with patriotic and altruistic Nigerians. No doubt, in our Country today, the quality of governance is going down by the day.
“Critical National Institutions that unify and wield Nigerians together have been dragged into politics, contrary to wise counsel and political correctness. No administration has used religion and ethnicity to divide Nigerians more than the current administration under the leadership of Mr. Goodluck Jonathan. The ultimate test of any leader is looking at what has remained after he is gone.
“You will agree with me that such pervasive political behavior should under no circumstances be tolerated by all who subscribe to decent and conscionable political practice. I have relentlessly pushed for reform of the internal policies of the PDP individually and collectively, without success. In fact it is common knowledge that all critical members of the Party have been made irrelevant by the Party.
“Members who are pliant and who lack principle and who stand for nothing are always more trusted by the leadership to carry out Party assignments. Such members are said to be “loyal”. Such loyalty is nothing but a euphemism for people who stand for nothing. Because no one is trusted by the leadership both at governmental and party levels, only a handful of party men and women are always entrusted with such party tasks as National Conventions, fund raising. Such men and women are now fully re circled.
“Their faces are today so familiar to the eyes of Nigerians. As a politician with political science background, it is obvious to me that PDP is both self-destruct and irredeemable. Coupled with the regimes divisive and unpatriotic disposition, Nigeria has become a bye-word for “touch and go”, if examples of contemporary nations are anything to go by. The challenge before Nigerians today, in order to secure a new lease of life therefore, is how to get out this inept leadership that has neither allure nor inspiration.
“In its place, Nigerians deserve not just a good President, good governors , and other political office holders, but true and exemplary leaders. And within this context, leadership that is more truly both transactional and transformative and which have more competence and capacity to govern. Nigeria needs leaders with a clear vision for the future. Leaders that will lead not from the back, side or front but from within. Leaders that will provide courageous and moral leadership the dearth of which has led to the weakening of political and economic institutions throughout Nigeria.
“For the above and many reasons, effective today 15th March 2015, I hereby tender my resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party, it’s organs including the Board of Trustees and all other committees to which I belong at National and State levels.
“I pray that your mind and those of other Patriots would also be illuminated with truth so that you may also act wisely and accordingly. This comes with the renewed assurances of my highest consideration and personal respect”.

PoliticsWhat Is Corruption? Mama Peace ( Patience Jonathan) Explains! {you Need To Read} by farem(op): 3:00pm On Mar 15, 2015
Nigeria’s First Lady, Patience Jonathan, on Friday took to the podium to explain to women in Akwa Ibom State the meaning of ‘corruption’.
While addressing the crowd during the Peoples Democratic Party Women Presidential Rally in Uyo, Mrs. Jonathan said the promise by the All Progressives Congress to fight corruption were “all lies”.
“Akwa Ibom people, judge o. Because we are not here for lies. We are not here for propaganda. Because their own number one campaign is corruption. As if them are not corrupt. They are not corrupt,” Mrs. Jonathan said.
“What do you call corruption? He has a house. You, are you living outside? Are you living in the forest? It’s corruption.
“In abroad, if a young boy works so hard and buy a copter, we praise the boy. But in Nigeria, if a young boy works so hard and buy a copter, we say he’s corrupt. Why?
“Why can’t we encourage the young ones to grow? Why can’t we encourage them to do better? We, our mother born us and train us, why they train us is that we should be better than them. Are we to bring the young ones down? It’s not our portion.”

Mrs. Jonathan urged the women not to vote for the APC because, according to her, they have nothing to offer.
“A bird at hand is worth a million in the bush. Nigerian women, let us shine our eyes. Women of Nigeria, are you ready to go to prison? Are you ready to go and give your father food in the prison? It is not our portion. We reject it.
“Akwa Ibom State is a PDP state. It’s not for expired drugs, because APC cannot heal you, outdated drugs cannot heal you. Let them call it any name. Just like as my husband younger brother (Governor Akpabio) have said, they will continue changing name until they will reach Ebola. And they will call it Ebola.
“You know what Ebola normally do? Although Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has said Nigeria is not Ebola country. So they cannot bring Ebola to Nigeria because Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and PDP government will wipe it off. And they will bury it, because it cannot stay here at all.
“So let them continue changing their name. If they fail this time, because I know they have failed, you will hear they will change their name again. They will change it and answer another name.”
Helen Mark, wife of Senate President, David Mark; Amina Sambo, wife of Vice President, Namadi Sambo; as well as Kema Chikwe took turns to urge the crowd to vote for the party.
Akon Eyakenyi, the Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban development, was also in attendance.
Their speeches lasted barely 10 minutes.

When it was time for Mrs. Jonathan to deliver the keynote, she rose from her seat, danced her way to the podium, and spoke for about one hour.

“A good man borns (sic) a good son.
You cannot deliver what you don’t have, and that’s why he has brought somebody that can also deliver you from the APC. The one that will heal you,” Mrs. Jonathan said of Mr. Akpabio and the PDP gubernatorial candidate in the state.
The First Lady also described the PDP as a moving train that is unstoppable.
“Remember I was here in 2011 and I came here, I told you that PDP is a good party and I told you vote Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and Sambo. And you know that they will never fail you. And they promised you 35 percent, and they fulfilled their 35 percent,” she said.
“So you can see that your deputy governor today is a product of 35 percent. You can see that the minister today is a product of 35 percent. So I have come again this time, 2015, to talk to you again.”
Mrs. Jonathan said the PDP would increase the quota of women’s participation in governance if the party wins in the elections.
“We are here to tell you what PDP government has done. We are here to tell you the truth,” she said.
“We are not propagandaly (sic). We are not here to deceive you. We are not here to lie for you. Because whatever we say go and search because you will see it.
“Remember when the men were campaigning, I just follow them quietly because I was waiting for them to give me go-ahead. I was waiting for them to tell me what they have for Nigerian women.
“And they told me that this time we have given you 35 percent, go and tell their women that if they vote us back, that we are going to give them 45 percent.”
“Ask them, when they were there, what did they do for you? Women of Nigeria, did they do anything for you? This is the time they have come to tell you ‘I will,’ I will what? What you did not do before, is it now that you will come and do it?
“Remember that they were in that Aso Rock before. All the things that they keep there, they did not take it. Now they want to go back there. Ask them a question, what do you forget there?
Won’t you leave Aso Rock for the new generation? Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and Governor Godswill Akpabio are the new generation.”
Mrs. Jonathan also stated that President Jonathan is committed to improving the country’s health sector.
“Under SURE-P, Goodluck said that for health sector, that no woman will die again under pregnancy. He said that all Nigerian women you have died enough. Remember before PDP come into power, every 100,000 live births a women that born, 840 will die. 840 will die when they were there o.
“When the people were there o, women were afraid to born child. Women were afraid to produce the kids. They cannot produce. They are afraid, ‘I should not die.'”

An unrepented PDP Elder asked me if I have watched the documentary, I asked which one, he said the documentary showing how Tinubu owes 75% of Lagos revenue, that Tinubu is highly corrupt. And I asked him, Daddy, does Tinubu has immunity, he said NO. Is Tinubu a spirit? he said NO. Is Tinubu in Nigeria, he said yes. Has Tinubu been invited by EFCC? he said NO. I shook my head, and told him, Sir, I pray never to be like you when I grow up. He became sad and walked away. Instead of a sane government to prosecute an alleged corrupt man, they are busy running wasteful documentary with tax payers money.
