The funny thing is that some of the people that converted these lost souls to this atheism are the ones dragging front seat in Sunday services today

Well, I've already promised God upto 50 million souls before I die
One of the easiest ways to become an atheist is to think critically about religion and not swallow what a man in a suit or a robe tells you by default.

Firstly who allowed people to build here where a high pressure gass pipeline passed ?

People have build why not stop using this line n redirect the pipeline through that rice ?

If this is a pipeline explosion where is the hole ripped along the pipeline ?

A pipeline explosion of this strength would bring out 100s of meters of pipeline from the ground it was buried
This whole thing sounds very suspicious.

Crime › Re: 6 Soldiers Killed In Boko Haram Ambush In Banki, Borno State by Farki: 3:13pm On Mar 16, 2020
Omnivalent:
All these boko haram ambush are as a result of traitors in the millitary camp and as well as those giving the rescue informations to the soldiers.
I could remember, the day my town's person who is in the military told us of their experience in maiduguri, of how they were informed by a police officer that the boko haram has threatened to attack a certain place. On hearing this, they rushed to the village in disguise in order to overtake them, so as to reduce the rate of life loss in the village. But to their greatest suprise it was a death trap.
A few meters into the village, the boko haram bandits opened fire on their bus.
How did these guys know that it were soldiers that were inside the bus, even without them wearing military uniform?
After a successful defeat, two of out of them were captured alive, while others died, along with 3 of their soldiers.
After much drilling, the captured bandits opened up that information got to them via the police officer.
wink
The police officer was later killed though.
I've seen it mentioned before that there were traitors in the fight against Boko Haram. From how their leaders evade capture to their constant attacks, to their apparent infinite supplies. The logistics department of Boko Haram seems much more effective than the Nigerian Military. It doesn't seem like anything will change because we've been hearing the same stories since 2011.

No, this is not about luck, this is about preparedness, this is about our brave men and women working tirelessly to confront the virus, to protect Nigerians including unpatriotic and anti-Nigerian cowards like you.

Your evil wish for mass infection and calamity did not manifest because we were ready and God remains on our side.

You are in pain and feeling sad and sorrowful because Nigeria is conquering COVID-19 same way we defeated EBOLA, but we don't have any remedy for your pain and sorrow, you are on your own.

God Bless Nigeria.

The gentleman from Italy was reported accordingly regardless of how long it took, he was isolated, tested and treated and he's on his way out of isolation.

That's all that matters, sorry that you are disappointed that we did a great job and the virus is not running wild in Nigeria as you wish.

Feel free to cry your tears inside basket because Nigeria successfully stemmed the virus so far.

I feel your pain and suffering.
Of course when you are confronted by facts and have have nothing to say you fall back to asslicking. This man should have been detected and isolated before being in contact with the general public. If anyone should be taking credit for preventing an outbreak it should be his employer not the government who couldn't be bothered to apply basic quarantine measures.
We are just lucky he was reported on time.

Instead of rummaging the internet to post rubbish and links that you don't understand because you have poor reading and comprehension skills, spend some time to read up on COVID-19, the NCDC and WHO guidelines.
Are you daft or didn't read the articles I posted? There could be more people with the virus than the initial known contacts and they could be spreading the virus without knowing. Why are you repeating WHO guidelines when
the same guidelines say 80% of people with the disease show no symptoms https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/coronaviruse/situation-reports/20200306-sitrep-46-covid-19.pdf%3Fsfvrsn%3D96b04adf_2&ved=2ahUKEwiVwMnt0J3oAhWIZhUIHfovD8sQFjADegQIAhAB&usg=AOvVaw3-ig6xSHVi3n6NRp4XOWa9

The fact that we sometimes don't do things right in Nigeria doesn't mean we are not doing the right thing per this virus, we are prefect;y doing the right thing, just like we did to defeat Ebola.
Perfectly doing the right thing? You call letting the Italian man roam and present symptoms for 2 days after which his employer reported him before the government quarantined him the right thing?

That was the same thing that happened with Sawyer, he wasn't detected or quarantined though he came from a high risk country, he was allowed to roam the country until he showed symptoms then Dr Adadevoh had to put her life on the line to keep him from killing others.
The government didn't step in until a responsible human had to report both Sawyer and the Italian man. If the Italian man's employer didn't report him or decided to take him to a private clinic without letting the government know he would have infected countless people by now.

1. Another round of ignorant rubbish, once a patient is determined to be negative and free of the virus, they are free to re-enter the general society and that treatment remains a successful and victorious treatment.

2. The people he came in contact with were rounded up and monitored according to WHO guidelines, they displayed zero symptoms and their is no law or WHO guidelines that says such folks should be remanded or quarantined.

Again, you are making up your own ignorant and dumb rubbish without facts.
1. But the index (Mr Italian) isn't free of the virus which is why the government is still holding him in isolation, didn't you read anything I wrote?

2. Just because they don't show symptoms does not mean they can't transmit the virus, hope they burned everything he touched to because the virus can be spread by touching infected surfaces and droplets in the air he coughed into.

NGpatriot:
What is your dumb point for real?
My larger point is that it is premature to declare the threat of the virus from Mr Italian to Lagos and Nigeria as eliminated just because the people he remembers meeting were not positive since the virus can survive in the air and on materials he touched meaning that anybody who was near him either at work or in transit but doesn't know him or couldn't be identified by the LASG could also be infected. There's also the fact that he was not quarantined before moving round the country and had to be reported to the government by his workplace.

Initially I just wanted you to realize the above statement but since you kept droning on about ELIMINATED I wanted to see you admit you were wrong, can't read simple articles and a liar. grin

Ravon:
Lagos State Government has disclosed that it has been able to break the circle of person-to-person transmission of COVID-19 from the index case in the State.

The Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi, who disclosed this at a news briefing to give updates on the #COVID19Lagos said all other identified contacts of the index case, except the positive contact who has now tested negative to the virus and discharged, have exceeded the 14 days quarantine isolation period without symptoms.

He said, “The remaining contacts of the index case; those in Ogun and Lagos States remain symptom-free and they have exceeded their 14 days surveillance, which means that we do not expect that any of them will turn positive from direct contact with the index case”.

''
In simple words, that means in Lagos, we have been able to interrupt the transmission between the index case and anybody in this environment, we have broken the circle of transmission and have not given the virus the opportunity to spread beyond one person. So, the threats posed by the index case to Lagos and Nigeria has been eliminated
and we have not gotten an outbreak as a result of the interventions that took place in Lagos”, the Commissioner added.

Abayomi explained that the positive contact of the index case tested negative after two consecutive tests conducted on him, noting he has been certified to be virus-free and subsequently discharged.

“His tests initially showed that he was positive to Coronavirus twice and now, he has tested negative to the virus on two consecutive tests carried out on him”, he said.

However, on the index case, Abayomi stated that the Italian being managed at the Mainland General Hospital, Yaba remains on admission although perfectly well now, he is still secreting the virus, stressing that the patient is getting closer to being discharged as his immune system is gradually wiping out the virus.

“He is perfectly well now, we are only keeping him because he still has some secretion of the virus. The test shows that anytime from now, he may be negative. If he is negative, we will conduct another test within 48 hours after and if he is still negative, we will set him free. We are close to discharging the index case, we want to be sure he poses no danger to society anymore”, Abayomi stated.

The Commissioner, however, assured members of the public not to panic stating that government will continue to respond swiftly and take necessary actions to contain the spread of the disease, adding that the Lagos will continue to strengthen its surveillance and will be sending more medical personnel to the point of entry at the Airport.
