I once had a friend who broke up with his gf cos she had a first class while he has a 2.2 saying she will be more successful and thus she won't be submissive.
I've heard stories of men forcing their bright future wives to become housewives cos they fear she will soon start earning more than them.
Most men feel it isn't until they earn more than their wives they can earn submission from her, they forget like respect, submission is earned via love. When you love your wife and show it to her, she will be submissive on her own.
Please leave that woman to reach her full potentials, if not for anything for your kids, so they can have rich mom to boast of. Mrs awoshika, Mrs alakija etc doesn't have two heads.... Allow her grow.

MrBrownJay1 has already said it but let me add my own.

I was thinking about this topic this afternoon and something just came to my head, some women will use their position as the main breadwinner as an axe over the man's head. So a woman can be rude, condescending and belittling justifying it by saying how she earns more.

Some will even be insulting their husbands asking why they aren't like Mr X or Mr Y at work who shower their wives with expensive gifts and most men hate hearing those things.

In this Nigeria where women who don't have anything are forming shakara what will a woman of high status will now do.

It is obvious they have help from the inside. Even look at their uniforms isn't it Nigerian army camouflage scheme? You can not tell me that after 10 years Boko Haram is still finding ammunition to shoot and food to eat.

i dont think you get what im saying . a 14 year old is a kid and therefore shouldn't be given a smart phone to use because that by the time she start doing Facebook and badoo she will become exposed to pedos and bad guys who are ready to take advantage ,. if you want to buy your kid a phone a 14 go ahead and do that happy parenting

How about you teach your children about proper Internet safety and etiquette. In the next 4 years the child will be an adult and if they can't learn to be careful online then you aren't doing your job as a parent. If you like give them torchlight phone for calls only just don't blame technologies for bad parenting.

Man I don't know what to tell you, a phone is a tool how you use it is up to the user but with all new technologies older people will always complain about it. Wayward children didn't start with phones and will continue until after they go out of style.

Now is not the time to be blaming each other, the fact is both of you didn't set a good example for your child. This behaviour didn't start today and you must have ignored the signs leading up to it.

Now you and your husband must start doing your detective work having serious conversation with each other your daughter and the niece to find out how they got to this stage and how to fix it.

The Idea of outrightly Expelling a Cadet from NDA is not so Good, these people have been trained in many ways a normal Civilian doesn't know, Weapons Training ad Handling, War Tactics etc Sending dem back into civilian population is kinda, NDA has many disciplinary measures that will correct the head of any mad cadet, Withdrawal is Extreme

We can not assume that training will turn cadets violent, especially since they haven't been deployed to fight yet. Israel gives all adults weapons training and they mostly turned out fine. My main concern is that many will not find decent work after being dismissed since non DSSC cadets only know military life.

That person who suddenly stopped talking or who is selling all their possessions for no reason just try to check on them. If kind words are all you can offer you have done enough. You're missing the point. Some people who most likely don't know the physical or mental state of the people who kill themselves will start judging from afar not even offering the basic respect for dead. Many suicidal people feel like a burden to their families and society so when you make statements dismissing suicidal people as selfish and the reason for their distress as irrelevant you make it harder for struggling people around you to reach out. How is it fair to keep one person suffering for the appeasement of others, while offering no help?

I don't see how chastising people from beyond the grave is meant to help relieve the misery of the living.

Imagine the pain and agony the family will be going through due to one selfish guy decision

Do you know what he was going through? It's people like you that irritate me, someone just committed suicide and the first thing to come to your head is insult. Later when someone else kills themselves we will be asking why they didn't say anything and calling them selfish.
