Politics › Re: Sirika: Nigeria Air Will Be Delivered Before 2023 by Farki: 8:42am On Oct 29, 2020
OK o hopefully this isn't another election stunt, where instead of air Nigeria we will just see air.

Wait I just realised that it's been 2 years and not a single aircraft has been purchased. They previously said they would launch operations by the end of 2018.

edoairways:
The truth is few areas enjoy 12hrs power supply while majority don't
And the only places that enjoy this 12 hours are GRAs because apparently they aren't on the same grid as the rest of the country. That could explain why some delusional senators think we have 24/7 electricity.

Nigerians cannot say the truth no matter what, and some people in this platform feel we are here to joke

This is one of the reasons many will not prosper they jest over every issue and at the end their lives become unproductive

Congratulations Federal Government for this great feat, 12 hours and above of Power on daily basis, truthful and trustworthy Nigerians are giving you kudos

Everything should not be politicized
You are not being truthful, repeating the lies of the government because your party is in charge doesn't make you patriotic.

The power situation has been the same, light for few hours, darkness for the rest of the day.

Maybe you haven't left the shores of Nigeria which is why you are thanking them for giving you an audio 12 hours electricity.

Disgusting.

I dare them to come out, then they can tell us why they didn’t go to their state to protest!!!
Stop displaying your foolishness, Nigerians can't fight for a better country in Nigeria now or what?

Or is SARS confined to one state?

Stop reasoning like a pig.

AnanseK:
Rubbish. Nothing stops any family from mentioning his son’s or daughter’s death and conducting a funeral .

There was no massacre, but upto three people died perhaps due to stampede.

The fake story of massacre was all part of the plan for a violent criminal removal of an elected government.

Killing of Police men and burning down Police stations , looting of police armoury, freeing of thousands of prisoners and unprecedented mayhem.

The destruction and looting of government and private properties was all part of the plan to destroy Nigeria.

Falana knows that, I wonder why he is playing to the gallery of these evil people disguised as protesters.
When family members come out zombies will label them as paid IPOB actors and enemies of the state.

In ancient Greece the men eschewed the advances of women to build the a great society which still influences the world thousands of years later.

Although I have now seen that what women hate so much is being ignored by men.

I don't like the extortion on the streets but to be realistic; it's like that because we don't have law & order that's functional.
Moreso, it's an expression of the Nigerian poverty stricken landscape.
If we have a buoyant economy where they're adequately paid, most won't have reasons to extort.
The job of the police is is to make sure law and order is functional, if they can't do that they should lose their job. We can't go back and will never go back to the old ways where I will be in fear of my life because one trigger-happy policeman wants 50 naira at an illegal checkpoint.

Demanding better of the police is a step towards fixing Nigeria because all sectors that have been doing rubbish without consequences will have to sit up.

I don't support oppression on the streets but i think it's better to lose. N200 to the police than thousands and your leg and limb to the armed robber.

The Police is a necessary evil.
Nigerians should learn to live with that till the day they're sufficiently disciplined.
What if we have a functioning police force which we don't have to bribe until they do their jobs. These things aren't rocket science, other countries can do it so why is Nigeria like this?

With each passing year I wonder if independence was even a good thing.

I bet Lagosians would rather have RRS take over policing in Lagos over Nigeria Police. I wish our regular Nigerian police are as well trained and well mannered like RRS.

I would happily have them, state policing is surely the way to go...

#endpolicebrutality ✊
My experience with RRS isn't great, one was sitting there in his car and didn't do anything after one area boy held us at gunpoint.

The second Lekki tollgate should really be destroyed, it has done nothing but become a creator of traffic. They aren't even using it aside from the billboard and I'm shocked that it was even approved in the first place.

And what makes medicine so guaranteed ? undecided ...no job is a guaranteed job as far as I'm concerned
In Nigeria there's a massive shortage of doctors, really all over the world there's a serious need for doctors.

Plus in order to have a licence you need to be practicing even after school.

The job market is very competitive these days. All those people who say that you should graduate at at least 25 are either living in a fantasy land or didn't pursue higher education.

Aside from medicine there is no such thing as guaranteed employment after school again.

The army said the decision to call the army was because of attacks on police stations on the mainland so they went to the tollgate as directed by the government.

Sanwo-Olu denied sending soldiers to the tollgate now the army is saying the Lagos State government sent them.

Now they also said no civilian was shot so how did they end up in the hospital with bullet wounds? Did they shoot themselves?

Did they force her to marry him? Must she force him to live without his penis?

Anyways it's good that you said this therefore any woman who is displeasing to her husband must receive a thorough beating as endorsed by you.
