We don't have death clusters. If covid was rampant we would see more deaths. We haven't. This thing isn't just affecting poor people. I think we are doing mostly okay. After arrival, they won't or are not suppose to be going home. They have to be tested and quareantined even if results come back negative for 14days, then tested again before being realised. The health center might decide to extend the quarantine given symptoms one has after 14days, hence they have to be separated or forced to adhere to social distancing, even whilst under quarantine.

The question should be, what are Chinese Drs doing in Nigeria? Why haven't they been quarantined as new entries?

You won't be arranging anyone. Many people including myself whom were either in China or any other highly infected country called upon our governments to evacuate us. Luckily enough, those calls were made the same time WHO was suggesting the same and governments were preparing for the same too. It became one's responsibility to let the aurothies aware of one's location, occupation and the likes inorder to also make arrangements of return after the virus settles, globally.

WHO had suggested that countries evacuate thier people working or studying (whatever the case) in foreign countries until this pandemic settles but most African countries chose to ignore the order.

If I am correct, it's only South Africa and Bostwana that sent people home and brought theirs back. Mind you, to be able to be sent home, one has to inform the authorities so they make arrangements to locate and evacuate you.
