Emperor4tune: It a combination of 10 plot although, its really a big portion of land, building on it was a future investment not now, situation hook the sellers as am being made to understand that they lost a member of the family and needed someone who could by the land to raise burial fund,a friend directed me there and i bought the land, but am regreating it now as these same people have rubbish my land,i promise to send more images on monday Alright i'll advise you not to sell the land, cos they are trying all possible ways to get back their land (if at all they are responsible for this callous act) I'll advise you to build a small security house and employ those rugged vigilante from Essien Udim to guard the land for you and also you can lease the land to your extended relative to plant crops since you are not using the land for now |

Emperor4tune: hmm that is really a big deal and i dont think i have such time,i need an immediate buyer even if it means selling it less the official price, the land was #800,000 but after every settlement and fencing it hit 1.2 million, so i dont mind selling it 700,000 or 800.000 dispite the loses,i cant bear that Essien Udim? 800k for how many plots? And despite been in a rural settlement how come people would dump waste in a fenced land |

dandollar1: I paid for my shipment on Monday by clicking on the pay invoice link on the invoice that was sent to me after I called that Ndidi guy on how to pay. Yesterday, I received a message that items were ready for pick up and that I should pay into one individual account with abokiFX rate. Now, Ndidi is saying my payment might not be recognised since I did not pay into that personal account. When I open my invoice, it indicates PAID. I wonder how this people operate sef. Don't pay anything..... Since ur invoice showed "PAID" just go and pick up ur item |

Politics › Re: The Deplorable Condition Of Calabar-itu Road (photos) by fashrola(m): 5:34pm On Aug 01, 2016 |
That road is a death trap, Imagine travelling to Calabar from Uyo for 6hours+ or a full day (A Journey of 1hour 10mins few years back or less with a private car).. A lot of heavy duty trucks on that road is also messing the road up too. I prefer using Oron - Calabar route by sea (25mins) even though it's expensive at least it's more safe and fast |
