The ministry will be in charge of ascertaining people mental/ psychological balance before allowing them access to the internet or use of Social Media Well what am I even saying? if these is done it will affect me negatively because 85% of Naija girls will be barred from using Social Media. He should be ashamed of himself. Why going to UK 4 treatment? How can after 9 months as the governor he couldn't build nd equip one single hospital in d entire Bauchi State.
