What was the error message, can we see a snap shot of it? Most times, error occurs when you try to create an account for someone that already has an account with the site.

Yes you can if you have a supporting documents, though they hardly approve it except that of students or those going on medical ground.

I was at abuja embassy yesterday. Got denied of B1/B2.
I misunderstood Visa Officer. He asked for events during my intended conference, i said seminars, paper presentation. Then he asked for letter of acceptance of my paper. I gave him the Iv letter, and receipt. But he said he is refusing my application, cos i cant provide evidence of acceptance of my paper. That was it. He didnt even allow me to correct the misunderstanding.
I have all other documents and good ties. I need to know if I can reapply in 1mth time to meet the may conference.

sorry about that, you can reapply at any time like suxes said but you need to state the reason for the initial denial in your ds-160 form.

@topic, just like someone said, if you are to make a ticket reservation then you must have a way to identify yourself for the ticket to be given to you at the airport but when you are to pay at the check in counter at the airport, you give them the required fare, they issue you with the ticket and you head to your boarding gate as would be announced by the announcer.

Goto cgi.federal.secure.force.com for your appointment booking and note that you have to pay N23100 first at the GTB to be able to schedule an appointment.

/\/\/\ Hello, while you await for suxes to attend to you, I'd advise you don't use the lady especially if she's a citizen and you are still single, and you'd be able to convince  them that you'd comeback to your country with the help of your employment status and family ties.

Yes, it is a must else use a tourist visa.

State depends on the areas you'd want to visit.


Regarding your US visa, no problems at all, just be yourself and consistence in your answers.
You can collect the invitation from your friend and have it by you during the interview. There's no provision for it during the filling of your form. It is only your answers to any question that may be asked to you would warrant the need for the invitation and the questions are not always the same, it could be from what you do for a living or why do you want to travel to us not another country.

But for you nkc, you will get your visa. It is usually not hard for married people with enough income and good immigration record. 

It is no longer a news that segregation has taken up the vital part of us even within the same ethnic groups and villages but for someone to make such statement in a public or anywhere is not only unimaginable but could turn out to hunt the person and his generation in time to come.

I once heard someone make same statement in my presence and up till now, the person is still regretting it.

Hello man, you must not be a salary earner to be eligible for visa, you can present any account as long as their is a regular flow of income ( in and out).

You stand a good chance of getting a visa as long as you don't present your case as a frustrated individual trying to run away from his home country, and beside nobody is gonna arrest you, at worst you'd be denied a VISA which you can always reapply for plugging up the leakages in your end and hence be the custodian of the first hand information to your similar case.

Address of where you will stay when you get there, your contact over there for the conference or any other, proof of your participation/ receipt of payment if applicable.
Statement of your account if you are to sponsor yourself.
Introductory letter if you work for any organisation else not applicable.
Your passport and DS-160 confirmation form, appointment confirmation print out.
Visa fee receipt and passport photographs ( specific size) and any document to show that you have serious ties with your country.

Since you and your mom are the ones managing the busines, I don't see the reason why they'd not give you a 2yrs B1/B2 VISA, and since yours is renewal, just make sure you have all the receipts of the things you bought.

you have to go for tourist visa and be sure you have enough money in your account, you can also use student visa if you intend to further your education there.

whatever you do, make sure you don't sound desperate.

You need B1/B2 visa first to visit and if you are able to get the job then you can come back and get the required work permit visa unless she's gotten the job already for you and hence should send the required papers from the employer to you.

Hello Brother, You can come back to Nigeria for your VISA renewal. I don't foresee any reason why you should not be given.
For interview, it depends on the available dates but you can book an appointment and have everything ready before coming back and it takes at most 3 days to collect your visa if your interview was successful.
