Pls advise on what to do

One of our Tennant rent is due since feb 2022 and refuse to pay,we gave him 6months and another 3months notice to move out but he did not.

We report him to the Lagos mediation center over 4months to eject him out but noting has been done.

If the tenant get him roof, remove some roof top make nature teach am lesson if nor be pop.
