Good luck, just know to "save" Nigeria will take more than just the "youths". Something for you to think about. |
They need to install some DAMN air conditions in that airport, I was in MIA and it felt like 1000 degrees there, cos the air conditions were broken and not working, now they want to install body scanners?!!! Seriously , Misplaced priority, story of my country. What a freaking shame. The heat in that airport alone will drive terrorist away, lol, |
How in heaven are people suppose to be able to afford this crap? The average man can't afford this BS, too damn expensive, can she also fight for cheaper internet service? |
Litmus:I completely agree with you, i live in Atlanta and the nigerians here are overweight and unhealthy compared to the ones back home. I visited Nigeria last month and notice that they are much much more healthier than us here in America. I have since changed my diet to organic and nigerian foods. I brought some food from my trip to nigeria. I plan to shop only Nigerian and organic stores. American diet is a slow killer, wonder why they have all these disease here in America, It is absolutely pathetic. thanks for bringing it up. |
labalaba:I know it can be calorie dense but i don't think it can have any kind of unnecessary calories. I will be adding salmon, eggs and crayfish. Those are all pure protein. Beans has good protein and good carbs. Oil, maggi, salt and water all contains very little or no calories at all. I guess it all depends on the ingredients. |
james1:Just sent you an email. get back at me |
yinkes:Contact me on kjkd@tmo.blackberry.com lets discuss more about this venture. Siena:I just checked and it says they prohibits food made from Animal materials. But i just came from Nigeria last month and brought in beans, egusi, crayfish and dry fish and i cleared customs at the airport, the only thing they took away from is the couple of yams i brought, it was on the prohibited list. Im surprised because there are Nigerian stores that sell yams here in Atlanta. I wonder how they brought it in. |
jack010: befrank:Thanks guys, my contact email is kjkd@tmo.blackberry.net please serious inquiries only, no spammers. I am serious about this business and dont have time to mess around. |
