When you say otun baale who's the baale?
Since igwe isn't the baale, Igwe is igwe the great King (oba) which is bigger than the baale, which means there's No baale so I think it doesn't make sense to say otun baale.

Since Oba is greater than baale, the king has so many other villages under his control, he uses baale to spear head all activities in that village and the baale gives report to the king and that's why we have baale.

Oga kpatakpata is the king of this thread no doubt he's the oga @the top, have said this earlier, its just my opinion, I think since Dr. Dre is nt in dubai, he's in qatar we can give em the post of baale instead of otun baale due to the fact that there's NO baale so we can see qatar as one of the colonies that the igwe controls he's just using Dr dre to spearhead the activities, job info and accomodation info needed for qatar aspirant
