1. Advance rent payment even though maybe seen as greediness from the part of the Landlord, it is also a form of security for them. 2. Correct me if I'm wrong but does this not allow for aggressive and indiscriminate price increment from the part of the landlord? 3. This will be a big loss to the Agents for their crazy and mad rip-offs 4. What will be the form of agreement. Monthly by automatic extension or what? 5. By law, is the Landlord/tenant not required to give each other some kind of notice in advance? What if either of the parties decides to get out of the contract assuming you only paid for a month?
Fash's idea is really good but how exactly is this going to be enforced? Perhaps if the general price of houses are brought down then Landlords will not be charging exorbitant prices.
The Government should provide affordable housing to allow room for healthy competition. |

Phony200: @FBS If you call this year's GP a 2-way race, it's definitely not 2 horses. It's more like 1 horse, 1 donkey You could be right but I tell you, the Redbull cars are giving Brawn Mercedes a run for their money. Check the standing with 10 races left: If They (Redbull) can perform without silly mistakes like those made in Turkey then we might indeed have a 2 horse race. Pos Driver Nationality Team Points 1 Jenson Button British Brawn-Mercedes 61 2 Rubens Barrichello Brazilian Brawn-Mercedes 35 3 Sebastian Vettel German RBR-Renault 29 4 Mark Webber Australian RBR-Renault 27.5 |

I echoed same last week. Do we have to loan out Di-Santo then or he will be used mainly for Carling cup-like competitions? Or perhaps DS is a wonder kid about to explode? |

HNIC: Is anyone watching Brazil vs Uruguay? The founding fathers of football would be smiling in their grave right now The original way footie is meant to be played Not some machine like stuff played like chess in europe. End to end stuff 2-0. Brazil leads Alves and Juan with the goals The first goal was mainly a terrible mistake from the keeper. Even T'ham keeper won't make such an error. Was he trying to chest the ball? stupid to say the least. The only "good" goal was that of Luis Fabiano. Absolute class. |

Brawn's Jenson Button coasted to a comfortable sixth win in seven races as he capitalised fully on Sebastian Vettel's first-lap error in Turkey.
The championship leader got past pole-sitter Vettel when the Red Bull ran wide on the exit of Turn Nine and the Englishman dominated from then onwards.
Vettel finished third behind team-mate Mark Webber while Toyota's Jarno Trulli drove solidly to end up fourth.
McLaren's world champion Lewis Hamilton battled hard to finish in 13th.
Williams's Nico Rosberg had his best finish of the season in fifth place, while Ferrari's Felipe Massa, BMW Sauber's Robert Kubica and Toyota's Timo Glock filled the remaining points places down to eighth http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/8087873.stm Its a 2 horse race. Brawn Mercedes and RedBull. Others can keep on tweaking and hoping for a miracle. |

Not a 5-star performance but 3 points in the kitty will do for now. me wonder if these were the same guys who played against France? There was so much fluidity. . .
yesterday, the SE only rode their luck and the presence and intelligence of Kanu.
Plus the SE are lacking is so many departments. . .whatever happened to our wingers? Not that I saw any yesterday.
More annoyingly there was no formation, tactics or whatever but again if you think about it, that may be chief Amodu's tactics. Whether that is a wise thing to do is another topic entirely.
My 0.2 cents. |

fyneguy: when Barca beat Man U, na him be say fergusson is technically bereft? Pep outfoxed SAF. As regards, SE, we have played 3 matches without formation. That's not good enough or who knows, that maybe uncle shaibu's tactics. @Crizzle: The whole board of NFF should be sent for management course. How long are they going to do this? The Eagles need to get a formation going and stick with it. This usual haphazard play of theirs doesn't look like it's going to be very productive. still cant figure out the formation. Its like all man to himself. when is Siasia going to take ofa? |
