HorneyChic: @ JM critics, U don't need to be a great team to acheive success. U claim Inter is not a 'great team', well JM won the CL with Porto, a 'small team'. I'm not an advocate of JM, but the man has had his moments. History will remember him as one of the greatest coaches. What I demand from all u haters is, give honour to whom its due. Period Horneycutie , no mind them oh. Only a funny person will say JM is not a good manager. He has a sound knowledge of the game and why some people would not want to give JM his moment in history, me just no understand. The guy has achieved for chelsea and in a massive way. PS: He already has under his belt, a trophy in Italy with Inter. The guy is good. |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: £100 Million Bid For Kaka: Does This Make Football And Business Sense? by FBS: 11:01am On Jan 20, 2009 |
Kaka has earned the respect of nearly everyone. He has gone up 2-3 notches up the respect ladder and some statements that you cannot help but respect. You can very well conclude that he has faith in God. Kaka said he "listened to his heart" in deciding to stay at Milan, rather than accept a record-breaking move to Manchester City.
The Premier League club's audacious bid to sign the Brazilian star in a £100 million-plus deal collapsed on Monday night after Milan president Silvio Berlusconi confirmed Kaka was staying, and the player held a Milan shirt out of a window at his home to the delight of cheering fans.
City claimed they had withdrawn from the negotiations after suggesting the transfer was no longer viable on a number of levels.
Kaka said he never considered himself a City player, despite Milan giving him permission to hold talks about a January transfer.
And the 26-year-old revealed he is "celebrating" his decision to pledge his future to Milan and says money would not influence his future.
"I feel great in a place where everybody loves me and I'm very happy to stay," he told Italian TV.
"My family were great allowing me to take the decision independently. I never argued with my father, as somebody wrote. I have listened to my heart as many people advised me to do.
"At Milan there are many wonderful people like [Berlusconi] and Leonardo, who is much more than a director for me, he is a real friend.
"I have never asked for a raise in my salary and I will never do. Milan were always nice to me raising my salary whenever they felt it was fair to do it. I can only thank them for this.
"After Saturday's game many people showed me their support, I have received drawings by kids trying to convince me to stay. It was wonderful. I remember when I left Sao Paolo some fans protested against me, here they all stand by my side instead.
"I'm currently celebrating this decision at home with a couple of friends.
"I'm a religious person and I believe the path God decides for us is not always the most logical one.
"Milan had never considered any offer for me in the past. This time it was different and I had to think about it but then I decided to stay. My team-mates were incredible. They all tried to tell me something and stay close to me in this period.
"I haven't been a Manchester City player not even for one minute." http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/20012009/58/serie-kaka-explains-city-snub.html |

How reliable are housemaids in running the day to day affairs of the nuclear family? watching these housemaid/oga saga movies, a nuclear family can turn to a nuclear bomb. |

bawomolo: Nigeria is indeed a secular country, of course this is a country that has made little attempt to implement it's constitution. just a worthless sheet of paper. we are dangerously moving towards theocracy. the last we want to do is end up like sudan or lebanon. if care is not taken, I fear for our non existent constitution. Why was the sharia law implemented in the first place? who allowed it? |
