Pele my darling. I suffered same in the past couple of weeks.

Make sure you drink a lot of water and try to take short breaks in between and rest your head.

For 3wks I could not make my hair cos of headache. You can pour water on your head atimes too.

This too shall pass and we'll end this race successfully *hugs*

Yes o, I'm still breastfeeding.... the boy is not willing to wean himself and me too, I don't know how to go about the weaning process so we are game. Doctors say it's perfectly ok

Can I retouch my hair? I use a no- lye relaxer, I wanted to relax it in first trimester but was told it is not safe to do so. I have googled it up but d responses are confusing. Please African pregnant mothers how do you manage your permed hair in pregnancy? I find it so difficult to comb it now and I love packing it just in a bun. Am not a fan of braids.

My dear, no effect jare.. I just retouched my hair on Saturday and I've done it several times since preggy. Did same in my first pregnancy, no effect
