My two siblings are beneficiaries. Community watch will be paid on monday, they are also among YMW. So bro, the link is me because I know everything about the Imo State Youth Must Work programme. I was at the chamber of commerce for the three days.

Rochas is not owing any Imo civil servant. The 11months (september included) was owed to youth must work teachers, while local government and ministries were owed 8 months,(wt sept) all under youth must work. They are not civil servants cos no appointment letter was given to them. The programme was to help Imo youths just like sure-p, it can be terminated at any time. Meanwhile, Rochas has given them 7 months salary between wednesday and today. He has promised to permanent them (though not all) so that they will start enjoying normal salaries. The remaining 4 and 1 month(s) may not be paid if he permanent them soon.

This is what I did when I had blocked ear. I formed a small round hole on the cover of a ragolis water bottle. then I inserted the mouth of a pen( those pen you can divide into two) then I poured warm water into it and then i sat on a stool in the bathroom. then I poured the water into my both ears, then when I finished, I bend my ear and all the water came out, I got relieved and my ears opened immediately. you need to go to a tertiary hospital that has the services of an ENT surgeon ( ear, nost and throat specialist).

your ears will need to be thoroughly examined with an otoscope to find out what is causing the blockage before adequate treatment is instituted.

please do not try to instill anything into the ear as you do not know what pathology is there so as not to worsen the condition.
it is better you leave the ear alone until the correct diagnosis is made.

Let me correct something here, am from Imo and its true that the state is in a huge debt of N72b. However, the governor is owing civil servants 2months salary.
The 11months salary you see on the paper is the no of months he owes some youths he enrolled in a programme he tagged "youth must work programme" where he pays them N20,000 monthly using SURE-P funds. However, due to financial mismanagement of his administration, lack of due process in handling state affairs, unguarded speeches which most times amount to failed promises, 'familiriocracy' (govt of his family and in-laws) and an accomplice cabinet/house of assembly; he was not able to manage this SUREP fund and state allocation properly amounting to this 11months owed these youths and 2months owed civil servants/teachers.

Thank God u understand, thats the highest a working individual can rise to in a state public service echelon in Nigeria and as u and i knows, in Nigeria no state will ever want a non-indigene to hold that position especially if the concerned individual is not a member of the majority tribe in the state, from the name of the appointed woman, she's either Ibira or Yoruba which will be a very tough thing to achieve in an Hausa speaking North, so for el-Rufai to have braced up to appoint her, lets appreciate what he did.
