MrEar:
How did David develop a hatred for Christianity?

For those who dont know , David Hundeyin was raised up as a Jehovah's Witness.

In a recent interview, he stated that as a child, his parents forced him to carry his "death certificate" (a no blood card used by Jehovah's Witnesses against blood transfusion back then)

He also stated that he once asked his mother this question:

David: If the Watchtower organization tells you to drink a liquid without question, would you do it?

Mother: Yes, of course.

According to him, his mother's reply and a whole lot of things he found out about Watchtower organization, convinced him that he was in a religious cult. Today, David Hundeyin is an atheist. sad

Today, there are so many people like David, who once choose to pattern their lives to that of christ, but became atheists as a result of lies, deceit, hypocrisy and false doctrines they discovered in their church.

If you are one of them,

1. God still loves you. Remember the parable of the shepherd and one lost sheep. God wants you back in his fold.

2. Jesus loves you, and he knew wolfs in sheep's clothing will come after you to cause you to stumble. He has a special punishment for those wolfs.

Matthew 18:6
“If anyone causes one of these little ones, those who believe in me, to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea."

3. Be like the bereans who did research on the words of Paul before believing him. Do not believe everything someone tells you because he or she claims to be "anointed" with God's spirit. Do your own research. Study the Bible like a student studies his textbook..

4. (VERY IMPORTANT ⚠️) Jesus hated traditions of men. Today, Wolfs have turned Christianity into some ugly forms of tradition.

They will tell you that you must choose and belong to a church as if churches are now fraternity clubs. That is Satan's way of causing division.

You are FREE to attend ANY church but remember, be like the bereans.

You can decide to stay at home on sunday and discuss about God or certain scriptural topics with friends, neighbors or family members. That is also a gathering.

A "gathering" can be made up of just two or three people.

Christ said: “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”

Living your life for christ is not easy, so don't allow wolfs and traditions of men make it more difficult and unbearable for you.
JWs are not christians

Qwikkie:
Many women track their monthly periods, but surprisingly, a large number do not fully understand how their menstrual cycle works or when they are most likely to ovulate.
If you were asked today to calculate your ovulation day, would you know how to do it?
Even more surprising, many women are unaware that the menstrual cycle consists of four distinct phases, each playing an important role in our reproductive health.

Understanding these phases can help you better monitor your menstrual health, identify your fertile window, and gain deeper insight into how your body functions each month.
In this article, we'll break down the four phases of the menstrual cycle in simple terms and explain how to estimate your ovulation day.
The 4 Phases of the Menstrual Cycle

1. The Menstrual (Menses) Phase
This phase begins on the first day of your period.
During this time, the lining of the uterus sheds and leaves the body through the vagina when pregnancy has not occurred.
It is important to understand that menstrual periods vary from person to person. While some women menstruate for about 3 days, others may menstruate for up to 7 days. Both can be completely normal.

2. The Follicular Phase
The follicular phase starts on the first day of your period and typically lasts between 13 and 14 days.
During this stage, hormone levels begin to change, causing the lining of the uterus to thicken while follicles develop within the ovaries.
Usually, only one follicle matures fully and releases an egg for ovulation.
This phase prepares the body for a possible pregnancy.

3. Ovulation Phase
Ovulation occurs when a mature egg is released from the ovary.
For women with a 28-day menstrual cycle, ovulation typically occurs around Day 14.
This phase is particularly important because pregnancy can occur if unprotected sexual intercourse takes place during the fertile window surrounding ovulation.

Women who are trying to conceive should pay close attention to this stage of the menstrual cycle.
How to Estimate Your Ovulation Day
A commonly used method is:
Cycle Length – 14 = Estimated Ovulation Day

Cycle length Estimated ovulation
21 days Day 7
22 days Day 8
23 days Day 9
24 days Day 10
25 days Day 11
26 days Day 12
27 days Day 13
28 days Day 14
29 days Day 15
30 days Day 16
31 days Day 17
32 days Day 18
33 days Day 19
34 days Day 20

To calculate your estimated ovulation day, count from the first day of your period. For example, if your cycle length is 28 days, Day 14 is your estimated ovulation day.
4. The Luteal Phase
Following ovulation, the egg travels through the fallopian tube toward the uterus.
During this phase, the uterine lining continues to thicken in preparation for pregnancy.
If pregnancy occurs, menstruation will not take place. If pregnancy does not occur, the uterine lining will shed, resulting in a new menstrual period and the beginning of another cycle.
Why Understanding Your Menstrual Cycle Matters
Knowing how your menstrual cycle works goes beyond tracking your period.
A better understanding of your cycle can help you:
• Monitor your reproductive health.
• Identify your fertile window.
• Recognize changes in your menstrual pattern.
• Make informed decisions about family planning.

Understanding the four phases of the menstrual cycle is an important step toward taking control of your reproductive health and overall well-being.
Now that you know the four phases of the menstrual cycle, how well can you calculate yours?
There are numerous app that can worry about that...just key in your numbers, the app will do the rest

Nairaland General › Re: Why Do People Overly Stare At Me? by femi4: 5:49pm On Sep 01
Elena243:
I have noticed that people stare at me a lot when I am outside. And no, I am not overacting. Sometimes, I consciously observe others around me and notice that they barely get stared at the way I do. These stares sometimes come with flashes of benevolent smiles from random strangers. Sometimes, the smiles are those types someone give when they have something to say but choose not to say it.

I sometimes think it is because of my height, because I am about 6’2-6’3 (I’ve never measured my height by the way). But the trend continues even when I’m seated, and hard to measure my height. A teen girl and her friend were staring at me the other day, while I was walking, that one almost got hit by a keke napep.

Even children walking by stare at me. Sometimes with a smile, and other times, with eyes of curiosity. I have no physical disability or defect by the way.

I am male, dark-skinned in complexion, and 28 years old. Is this normal? Does anyone experience same? Any possible reason why it happens?
