Actually, right from time, these kinds of yams exist and sometimes it's because the other half was spoilt. We are not saying the same thing. The expertise are foreigners, and billions were spent. NASDRA relies on government for peanuts not enough for research and payments of salaries. What do you expect any engineer to work with in such scenario
