Is america in d bible?
Theyve done a lot more than Nigeria to advance d gospel.

Nigeria doesnt compare by any margin on d missionary outreach scale.

Is south korea (or is north) in d bible? The biggest church is there.
Biggest by attendance count.

Nigeria with 50% out of the ranking should have made a line in biblical prophecy followed by US.

Since our pastors are the richest in the world now then Nigeria should have appeared somewhere in the bible in form of a prophecy by a prophet that a country will emerge who's pastors will be the richest in the world at a time like this. We seems to know God better than the whole world and God should have notify us or atleast give us a clue in the bible about christianity in nigeria in the later day. Our pastors always hit the news more than any country

A seer like him should tell us what happen like he do watch football matches before kickoff
Joagbaje:

What simple proof do the critics have against him? None. They said the structure wasn't approved but the church provided document it was approved . What else. Going through through the rubbles to confirm the strength of the foundation ? Fine . Have they found the foundation faulty? So let every one keep quiet until evidence prove otherwise. Meanwhile it's amusing that till now there's no official response on the aircraft which flew round that building about 5 times at a strange low altitude before the collapse. If it's a daily routine flight at least someone shook clear the are . If it's on a special mission ,someone should still clear the air. But till now is it not strange no one is claimin responsibility. The FAA is supposed to have details of crafts that are airborne . What's their response? Why are people blaiming tb . He still did the best to provide a lead with little information he has. What has critics and authorities done? . Nothing

God will always see Prophet T.B.Joshua through. No matter what he is passing through now, it is a way to strengthen him. He has done a lot for this nation and has helped all categories of human beings all over the world but this is just a text and He who sent him will see him overcome this trial
So who sent him? You call loss of lifes a mere trial of another man? Haba! What if he used them for sacrifice? Or you think it is not a possibility?

I wrote WAEC 3 times and GCE twice. That means 4 years of delay. My mates were already in final year at universities when I managed to secure admission into a polytechnic. After graduation, I moved from pillar to post searching for job for almost four years while my mates are already married with kids. But the bible says ' for I know the thought that I think towards you, the thought of good and not of evil to give you a future and a hope'.
But today, all those who had gone ahead of me now envy my status. Why? Because it is written: thou hath loved righteousness and hates iniquity there God even thy God had anointed you with the oil of gladness above all thy fellow.

Op, try to close your eyes for few seconds.
Ok
You can now open it.
So what did you see while your eyes were closed?

Your answer is the solution to your post
It is either you are in darkness or the light.
It take light to believe in the one that said 'let there be light' and it takes darkness to be in a confused state without form and that was why it was void while your eyes where closed

"For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him." (2 Chronicles 16:9)

I dunno why the evil ones are trying or have already entered RCCG and Assemblies. I pray GOD help His saints there and withold their knees from falling, He should uphold them till the very end.

Thanks for your comments so far. I had to fix some thing earlier but I will continu now.
I do not intend to mention any name but permit me to say the church in question is RCCG maybe this story could get to the G.O somehow so as to caution the excesses of the pastors and also remove bad eggs.

My pastor bought blackberry for her while parish mummy uses a small techno phone. He finally opened the line of communication btw us but whasoever I discussed with her she records and sends to pastor. Even when I am talking, she is busy typing communicating with pastor and I dear not complain abt anything pastor is already aware. I was nominated the second time as the best worker for the year but my pastor opposed it as he had already started victimising me in the church always looking for my fault to paint me bad before church minister but all proved abortive to the extent that one of the ministers called and told me to be careful as the pastor is all out for me to make mistake so as to nail me and that he had failed on two occasions because God raised a voice in my defence on both occassion but may not be lucky the 3rd time. The relationship btw my pastor and the Sis grew stronger while I am now the 3rd party intruder.
One day, the Sis sent me an sms that she is quiting the relationship. I told that same minister the development but not the pastor since it was his plan and she said something I can't really remember now but no one dear face the pastor. I refused to be disturted by the issue so I went on with all my normal duties in church without slacking but my pastor was dissapointed I am still active. Then began to preach against me all the time since he is the one in charge yet I refuse to shake because I know the God I serve. Then I will greet my pastor he will not answer me and I count it all joy that I am being persecuted by a pastor of rccg. Finally he called th Sis to appear before the marriage committee of the church while I am present to announce that she is no longer ineterested in a relationship with me so as to make it official maybe I will be saddened by it but instead I was rejoicing and we were prayed out of courtship and I rose to my feet with a dancing step of deliverance as I also concluded to leave the church the same day to fellowship elsewhere. But to my supprise, the Sis began to weep uncontrollably in the church premises which uptil now I don't know why.

Now the judgement of God on the matter began
1. I met a decent Sis 4days later while driving home on my way back from office. Without any exageration, she is 6 times better than the former Sis in terms of salvation, status and character. Today we are happily married 7months after.
2. The Sis uptil now is not married but sometimes people that know the story do tell me they saw her with the pastor alone in his car going out.
3. The pastor was tranfered out of the church to a bigger parish where he will be under many senior pastors.
In conclusion, God is a rigtheous judge and will always fight for his own
Christianity Etc › Pastor's Marriage Counseling Indeed! by femicyrus(op): 4:19pm On Oct 05, 2014
As a young zealous brother for christ, I moved to another branch of my church because of it closeness to my house so as to be more committed. The pastor is very vibrant and full of gymnastics on the alter with dangerous prayer points and the likes. In no time I became very close to the pastor not bcause I wanted to be close but because of my level of committment which I was just doing for God without any reservation. Then I introduced a Sis. I intend to marry to him for counseling. About the lady, she is pretty and also works in the same organisation with me. She grew up being a wayward girl with a horrible past but latter rededicated her life to christ and became churchy as we met but attend a different church from mine. So, the counseling began. At first pastor restricted my contact with the Sis and I have to relate with her through pastor. I thought we would get married before 6 months but somehow pastor was delaying it for close to two years. He became unnecessarily close to the Sis. That they now go out together more than normal. They will be out of town for 2-3 day While pastor's wife and children will be at home with believe that they went for prayer on the mount without my knowlegde on several occassion. It was difficult to suspect pastor of adultery because he is always very active on the alter. The attitude of the Sis began to change towards me as she now became rude and proud towards me........ To be continued.

RCCG have 32,000 parishes i. e @least 32,000 pastors..
The type of politics among RCCG pastors may sink Nigeria 900 times over!
I am not happy posting this to the public because of those who derive Joy abusing the body of Christ at any given opportunity
God forbid if DADDY G.O is no more today, the true picture of pastors in the Church wil be seen in no time. The good ones ære just a minority!

Broad is the way that leads to distruction and many åre found on it.
RCCG is meant to be the house of Prayer but now have become den of huhhuh
Mind You, the Church have saints too.
Judge not.

truthman2012: I think it is better we promote Jesus rather than church achievements. The church is raising millionaires and not disciples. Everything they talk about in RCCG is the size, the wealth and the fame. I believe that is not the Gospel. I left the church as an Area Pastor about ten years ago. I still associate with some of their senior pastors.
Did u say Area pastor?

1. Holding your neighbor while praying
2 hånd Shake to welcome first timers
3 laying of hånds

5 holy hug
6 holy Kiss
7 And any other activity that involve skin contact.

I am not against any of this Church activities but we must ensure we do not help to spread Ebola.

Eclairs: It's no longer new we interpret our bibles in our own way and though you made some brilliant comments, your article may be seen as a way to justify ur decision not to pay tithe. Cant really begin to comment on al issues raised but my question to you is this. If we say tithin was directed to the isrealite/ levites as at tht time, does it mean the teachings of Jesus was also directed to those he was addressin as at tht time?

Countless time, I hav been severely purnished when I try to evade tithin. I'd miss my flight due to circumstance beyond my control, I'd get dupped on the high street and loads more but I thank God, it's al in the past.

ur article is sure to discourage loads of tithe payin believers but those who hav tastd the reward of tithin like me, will nt be moved. I however commend u for ur time in the article and hope nairalanders take time in readin it as well.
I stopped paying tithe for a year and within the year i bought a Car which i have used for God's work and i started paying again but i cant really achieve anything tangible as a civil servant for that year. So eclairs i dont accept this your believe. So should i on this basis ask people to stop paying tithe? The word of God should be the standard
Christianity Etc › Re: Tithes And Offerings by femicyrus(m): 11:03am On Aug 04, 2014
Stop tithe in the Church now and watch if the Church will grow In terms of structures, materials things, jeeps, jets etc the Church will diminish in 7years, pastors will reduce then men shall know the truth and the truth shall set Them free and will no longer be entangled with any Law or bondage. We ære saved by grace. Christ had paid the price. Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. If your religious leaders should miss heaven then what is your hope You blind follower? it is better to focus on Jesus the author and finisher of our Faith. He forsake All in heaven to die for mankind. His disciple were killed for the sake of the gospel, they value not thier own life unlike what we have in this modern Gospel where they pick a Law 'tithe' which favør thier pocket and forsake other laws of the prophets. Let every one work and earn a leaving while we preach the gospel. That is when we can have All things in common like the apostles. GOD wants salvation of souls not structures, material things etc
