I got a job in a private school some months back.
The salary was 22,500monthly .
When I resumed the principal told me that they don't pay salary by hand that we have to open either unity bank or UBA..
I don't have any of the account so I had to look for the way to open unity bank account.
To be honest, whenever month end for her to pay salary , she will give excuse that the school is having issue with bank and will tell us to get
₦5000 IOU from the school treasurer.
It's over three months that this has been happening in the school ,we had staff meeting yesterday and she told us the school is paying back for the school bus they just purchase and that she is also building hall for the school to be accredited for waec and neco, she said we should please adapt with her that things will get better with time and that she is trying to apply for a loan.
How does she want us to cope with 5000?
in this era that things are expensive..
We are only entitled to 5000naira monthly.
I'm planning of leaving the job and get another job , but the term is going to an end already, and I may end up not getting my previous
salary.

There must actually be a book responsible for that termination, but they won't tell you the specific one.

I quite disagree with some lines here, he can share the money anyhow he likes. Snowland is one selfless philanthropist I've ever come by on nairaland. I've studied him for a while, and I know he isn't doing for any attention. I pray I always have more than enough to also put smile on people that are in needs too.

I'll suggest they state convincing reasons why they need it, how they celebrated last Xmas, check their post history on nairaland, how the money will go a long way to help them, etc
Ensure your selection comprises: Families that are passing through hard times now, students, private school teachers that aren't paid December salary, and many more.
