Sorry o
As in, that was the first time I came close to death. It's just annoying that about two weeks before my incident, they robbed a girl and while she struggled, they cut her with the knives they had. Still, University of Benin security has not deemed it fit to do something about the situation. What of the final year medical student that was stabbed and bled to death around 2012? Ordinary to make the halogens work is a problem. People at being raped at SSQ, B quarters according to what I heard, yet, nothing has been done.

Nairaland GeneralRe: Share Your Robbery Experiences Here... by Feraz(m): 9:32pm On Dec 16, 2014
Well, mine happened around October. I was on my way from BDPA to engineering for night class when I decided to pass 500LT. There were two guys coming from auditorium so I never deemed it fit to take heed. While walking towards 500LT, they both blocked me and started their false accusations of me running a lady one of them was eyeing. I refused saying I wasn't the one.

When I saw the conversation wasn't making sense, I decided to be on my way when one of them drew me back and slapped me (these are guys one-on-one, I will inflict serious injuries). I was about retaliating when they both brought out knives and screwdriver; one held it to my neck, the other to my chest. On seeing the weapons, I changed tactics (knife injury is better compared to screwdriver). I said 'bros, abeg make we relate!' The one drilling me was like 'oh, I don turn bros. If you see me for road, you go call me bros? I say you go call me bros?? angry'. While he was at it, the other was watching it fit people. He then told me to sit on the floor, took my bag, searched it, collected the money and my earpiece together with my phone.

While collecting it, he said 'this idiot no even get money' and put out his hand to slap me again. Checked my ID card, discovered I was in a different faculty from the one they were insinuating and told me to know that people die in school because of girl. As this was going on, someone was passing by and completely became blind to his surroundings. They released me.

As they released me, I went to report to the security stationed in Mathematics dept what happened. When they came outside, I could see those guys at Chemistry passing by. I told the security men that those are the guys that robbed me. They all forgot something in their office compulsorily. That was how they escaped. Used me to parade the whole physical sciences that night till they released me.

That was when I knew University of Benin security is very useless. Till now, that 500LT vicinity is still dark. In fact, the whole Sciences (both physical and life).

*I also believe that cooking should be an art/hobby ; one which women should be adept in. That way, we don't look @it as a chore, something to beguile him with or hold it against him.
I have a little problem with this point though. I have a mom who loves to cook. I've tried so hard to learn to enjoy cooking as much as her but I can't. You can't really control what you love or what you hate. To me, it is still a chore I'd rather avoid. People love what they love. If you ask me to arrange the entire house now, I'll do that for you. It's a hobby and I enjoy doing it. Of course I get tired but that doesn't deter me. However, if I get tired while cooking, I just get frustrated wondering all over again why I'm a woman. I wish men would just understand the fact that not everybody loves cooking. It's the same with jobs. Some love to be doctors, others engineers. Just because I don't like being a doctor means I'm lazy, neither does it make me less of a graduate. Get my point?? Guys Biko, me understanding. If you are ready to do 70% of the kitchen work, I'd gladly join you grin grin grin

WHO EVER POSTED THIS TRASH IS A FOOL..LIKE SERIOUSLY DO YOU KNOW WHO NARUTO IS..HE IS THE FASTEST NINJA..HE EVEN SURPASSED THE FIRST HOKAGE AND HIS DAD...HE HAS CONTROL OVER THE TAILED BEAST..HE CAN BOTH MANIPULATE INTO SAGE MOOD AT THE SAME TIME IN TAILED BEAST MOOD..HE HAS THE 6 PATHS..HE WILLED SO MUCH POWER THAT NO OTHER SHINOBI HAS..HE CAN CONVINCE ANYONE NO MATTER HOW EVIL YOU ARE..NARUTO US THE STRONGEST NINJA..AND THAT'S WHY THE MOVIE IS CALLED NARUTO..
Dude easy please. grin

I do not quite agree with your putting Kabuto before Itachi and Kakashi, even your Madara before Hamura. It's your list though. Here's mine -

1. Kaguya Ootsutsuki (even though she was wasting chakra for a villain of her caliber. This could be due to the fact that she didn't know ninjutsu cos it was learnt centuries after her demise)
2. Hagoromo and Hamuta Ootsutsuki.
3. Uchiha 'Rikodou' Madara (best villain ever)
4. Uzumaki Naruto
5. Uchiha Sasuke
6. Ashura/Indra (not leaving out Toneri - this is because Kishi is involved with the production and story of the final movie unlike previous ones)
7. Uchiha Obito (after he became the juubi's jinchuuriki)
8. Senju Hashirama
9. Senju Tobirama
10.Sarutobi Hizuren
11.Namikaze Minato
12. Nagato
13.Jiraiya (even Itachi agreed that both he and Kisame will die should they face this guy)
14.Itachi
15.Kakashi
16.Kabuchimaru (this idiot did not use his powers well too)
17.Onoki
18.Kinkaku and Ginkaku
19.Muu/Nidaime Mizukage
20.Sandaime Raikage

Interesting write up though. . .

Are they ready to lead by example? Are there better means of transportation to move me from a place to another? If bicycle lanes are created right from inception, I don't think you need to inform people because they'll gladly help you use the lane. Then again, with this age almost everyone want to have their own cars... undecided

the corruption you see today was started by the military, there is no problem if they reap what they sow, the only problem is for some to impose another old soldier on us again the man that was part of the system that destroy Nigeria
So because 'corruption' according to you was started by them, we should ignore them since they're reaping what they have sown? Are you being for real? We the populace have twisted minds.

I remember saying that the salaries being paid the junior soldiers are being squandered by the top men. Even in the navy where I heard that a rating is supposed to receive #150000 monthly receives #80000. Tell me, where does the remaining money go? This is why they cannot defeat BH. No motivation. Jonathan should better look into the matter. Instead of Nigerians coming together to force the leaders to comply with the defeat of BH, they're here campaigning; some saying Buhari, the rest saying it is a propaganda against Jonathan. Why are we this impossible?

Then again, is it because the rat does not have white hairs that we're writing these comments?

Topic, I've always wondered why Ihejirika was accused cos I remember during his tenure as COAS, it was quite rare hearing that BH has captured a town or that a bomb went off somewhere.

shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked

Is this the man APC is telling us is the best thing since slice bread? Is this the man APC wants us to believe is the best thing for Nigeria? Is this the uncorruptible, educated, fearless leader APC paid e-thugs kept disturbing us about? Even this exact speech he gave was provided on here by an APC paid person and the way they praised it on NL, screaming how great the speech was when they watched it, I honestly thought when he gave this speech, it was beyond excellent. Oh my how wrong was I. Y'all honestly have to be kidding correct?

To be honest, even though I wasn't sold on Buhari, based on all the noise and praises APC ppl did all over the Internet especially NL, I expected wayyy better than this. I honestly expected a man a million times better than this. Are you f2king kidding me? Forget the religious fanatics accusations hanging over his head, it's obvious as heck this man is as clueless as the name they gave GEJ. Even a f2king speech written for by obviously someone else, this man still had difficulty reading it? This man couldn't even pretend to be enthusiastic about it. Smh.

Whoever said Nigerians deserved the kind of leaders they choose is 110% accurate. You all deserve it. No wonder that country is so messed up and don't ever plan on improving.
My God; highly disappointed is an understatement.
Welcome to Nairaland. I wish I had the time, I'd have shown you the numerous criticisms the current president faced here when he was not bold enough to give speeches and they all were like is this the person we want for a president? Someone who doesn't have the charisma, bla bla bla etc and other negative news; yet, their candidate is facing the same thing and they're all looking in awe at his 'awesome speech' without finding any line to criticise! Hypocrites!
PoliticsRe: There Is Little Evidence Buhari Can Fix Nigeria - BBC Will Ross by Feraz(m): 9:01am On Dec 12, 2014
Hypocrites everywhere. When BBC wrote an article about GEJ, people here especially APC supporters were shouting that even UK knows we have an inept president; now, the tables have turned and it is the West is afraid that GMB will call off their bluff.
