If you are going to marry someone stranger is hardly the term I would use. Men have anxieties about living away from home as well.
Life should not be about fitting into a defined box. Motherhood is not for all women. Some women abandon their families. A father might not be able to breastfeed his children but that does not mean his efforts are any less valiant.
What makes a woman a woman is very much subjective and contextual.

to $1. Nigerians, please let us invite China to come
and build fourth mainland bridge in Lagos and other
bridges and let us pay toll for 100 years.

China built 30,000 megawatts of electricity at $29
billion. We have spent over $50 billion on darkness.

Tomorrow somebody would argue that we are
normal human beings. Chinese don't have mosques
and churches scattered all over the place. They have
no Imams, pastors, no 'men of God", no daddy and
mummy GOs. Yet, many of us deceive ourselves
"praying", "casting" and "binding", looking for
miracles, hawking miracles, signs and wonders and
thinking that one day "God will help us". Before you
talk with an average Nigerian, he tells you "by God's

we flock to mosques and churches, paying 10 per
cent of our loot to some funny characters called men
of 'God'

I suggests we go back to our traditional old way of
worship. When oaths taken was seriously observed.

The Mabuza siblings fought to keep their parents’ house when relatives took it from them, but they
failed.

Now they are asking for help from the ancestors to
punish those who stole from them.

Bonisile said they tried to open a case of theft against their gogo but the cops couldn’t help them because they didn’t have any proof.

“Our relatives are ruthless people. They didn’t want
us but they wanted our parents’ belongings,” she
said.

The SunTeam spoke to gogo Priscilla Zulu, who the
siblings claimed was the one who had control over
their money. She said the siblings must grow up.

“Those people are too old to be crying over their
father’s money so many years after he died.

“If they think they will get something from this house, they must think again. They must start sending out their CVs and stop crying over inheritances,” said Priscilla.

Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education reopens after three months strike cause by the student riot.

The management has officially announced Monday 7th November the resumption day but the student will not be allowed into the classes as they are to pay damage fee and swear an oath of good conduct in the high court.

This process starts from 7th-18th of November, as exams will kick start on the 21st of November for Year 1,2 and 3

The management stressed that no student oweing any fee will be allowed to write the exams.

The final years will not be allowed into the hostels and all their exams are off the main school campus.

The Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Mr Tunde Fowler, has said that the organisation received more than 700,000 applications from the recent job advert it placed.

Fowler made this known on Wednesday in Abuja
when he appeared before the House of Representatives Committee on Public Petition.

The FIRS boss’ appearance at the lower chamber
followed a petition from some applicants, who
claimed to have been excluded from the employment processes.

The Service had invited applications for various
positions in series of adverts placed in some
national dailies.

Fowler said that out of the 700,000 applicants
more than 2,000 had first class degrees in various
disciplines and were qualified to be engage by the
Service.

He said that FIRS would recruit only 500 people,
adding that the exercise was designed to increase
manpower for tax revenue collection and expand
the country’s revenue base.

He assured that the organisation would ensure
fairness and due process in the recruitment
process.

“We have secured waiver and endorsement from
the Federal Character Commission in order to
ensure that the right thing is done.’’

In his remarks, Chairman of the house
committee, Mr Nkem Abonta, directed Fowler to
submit to the committee the service’s nominal
roll to assist it in arriving at a decision.
