Send them a mail, reminding them of how important getting an early offer is to you because you are an international student and will require time to go through the VISA procedure, which will take time, they would reply within a week with an offer letter hopefully.

My unconditional offer came in almost 18 wks,though I applied earlier, November,2020.I was interviewed February, 2021 via zoom after which my admission letter dropped two wks later.

I paid via online payment option because I had my funds in Euro dorm account..
The deposit was £4000,which was supposed to be 4600euros at best,but I was debited 5293euros...

On the 2nd of March, I got a mail from UKVi requesting proof that I have been attending lectures which I got from my school and immediately submitted to them.

I started rejoicing and hoping for a response soon. Then boom I was sent an interview mail on the 8th of March, and the interview was scheduled for the 9th of March by 2 pm. I prayed and prepared. I couldn't even sleep that night but God isn't man, he doesn't break his promises.

On the 9th, I got a call by 2 min past 2 pm and the interview lasted for 14mins. I was surprised o cos I had already prepared myself for an hour-long drilling but God showed himself merciful.

Your cgpa is 2.8 on the German grading scale.. Most schools usually require 2.5 meaning yours is not up to the minimum requirement for most schools... But some schools will still take you if you add good job experience to your cv....And there are some schools without such restrictions... That's the issue, like me I am for winter 2020, and currently am certifying, then send to DE, all this na money, it's painful that after all the stress there might not be date, d embassy should clarify things, make guys know what next.

This is the bad part, every process involved in this project involves money, from certification to sending of documents to uniassit fees, what's the need to spend all this cash when i will wait for more than a year to receive AD.

In the last two months, I have been in Huelva, Spain, Grenoble,France,Aalto, Finland, Leuven, Belgium and just returned from the EIT Alumni Meeting at Budapest,Hungary,all paid for by the European Union. Just google the cost of a night at Barcelo Budapest! Other Nigerian and Benin Republic students were there too.

It was all due to networking,and not because of anything spectacular about my grades!

My brother's passport was returned to immigration office due to fake stamps ( not by the German embassy but another embassy), i will like to know if any one has had this problem and how they were able to recover their passport, i read sometime here of the same situation were the guy recovered his passport but i can't find his username.

They accept confirmation of language proficiency as stated on my AL and also requested by the consulate. My department always have a written test yearly in an assigned Nigerian university. Admission test was march, success mail in two weeks and Letter by end of May.
