I get that what he does is pour the powdered ogbono in a bowl, adds some oil and then cooks it over steam, probably by placing the bowl atop boiling water so the heat can melt the oil in the mixture, all while stirring the context into a paste. The resulting ogbono paste he then adds into the pot of soup stock to finish up with the rest of the ingredients.
