The roofing sheets are either tiles likely made in Korea or sheets manufactured in China (albeit corrugated in Nigeria). They might deign to use Nigerian doors and windows, which is open to doubt.

My initial argument was that the money might have been better spent directly funding small Nigerian enterprises for production. You might be right that there's significant money given to contractors and suppliers in Nigeria, but I think you'll find that the lions share of profits leaves the country in one form or another
