Jokes apart, ive always viewed the place as a very local area right from my child hood days. Now, I'll tell you why. It funny though.

During my childhood days, I knew of some people who moved to Abuja ( on official transfer) and then when they came visiting lag again after a while, they were looking like they just came in from the bush. like their lifestyle changed.their dressing and the way they spoke changed. Their way of doing things and all that, compared to what we have here. And they were known to use one common slang like "ba" so since then I just viewed the place somehow. Maybe childish thought but I still see those things in them when ever I happen to meet one.

Please this is just my opinion.
