Not everyone who wish to trade might be able to afford opening a real account and fund it just to test their trading skills. While some would want to do so, others may find wisdom in trying it out first with free real money. What then is your ish?

What other form of ID do you have? Using a temporary driving license would be an issue let alone using an expired one. They need a VALID ID. If it were still valid, they might be considerate after a lot of explanation and if your proof of residency is okay. I doubt they will accept it.

For those who have a valid ID and can provide proof of residence (Utility bill or bank statement with the same name on the ID) you can get a free $30 to try out your old/new techniques to perfection.

The good thing is any profit made can be withdrawn.

You did not make mention of the resource persons you will use since you said the primary target is training.

Most times, this is where people find it difficult and eventually get it all wrong.

You have to factor this in from the very beginning and address issues like:

What courses will be available for prospective students?

How many resource persons will I need to effectively carry out the training of these courses.

How will they get remuneration? Full time? Per class? Percentage of students fees? Etc.

How will your training materials be gotten? Will you provide them for the resource persons with a scheduled scheme of work? (Most preferable) Or Will the resource persons provide them? (Least preferable and more expensive).

For you to be able to run a successful computer training school, you have to adequately address these issues.
