First of all, your class and constructor name must be the same. Your class name is NewInvoicevoice and the constructor is NewInvoice(). So rename the class to NewInvoice()

Secondly, the getQuantity() method has a return type of String, however you are returning partQuantity which has a datatype of int. So to fix this, replace "return partQuantity" with "return String.valueOf(partQuantity)"

lol Glossy icons are no longer trending...yes. But that did not stop the Fb and Twitter icon from looking very good. In this case, the Glossy icon looked nice.

When you open Eclipse, if you haven't set a default Workspace already, It would ask you to select a Workspace. All you have to do is navigate to an already existing folder and Click Ok button

Smart app... nice job....but you could just call it Tic Tac Toe instead of Advanced Tic Tac Toe...and also "Play against computer" instead of "play against AI" ... AI sounds like the game is intended for programmers. you could also have different board sizes as different level... But its a great app already that proves intelligence. Thumbs up man.

I'm not saying it's not possible. But it would just be unnecessary stress. And trust me it would be really hard for an app built like that to be reasonable.
