See it on the store here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fincoapps.tam Criticism is not welcome please . Suggestions is very welcome |
Why's everyone so concerned about the age ?... OP, why did you mention your age ? It shouldn't be a factor. You tried for the site, I'm not really good in UI so what I do is give a graphics designer to design the look in PS and I'll use css to do the job. |
felixdanielthed:hahaha |
talk2hb1:Lol u guys should forget his age naw ![]() |
Why did you post this in Webmasters section ![]() |
saintobas:You can use: PayPal GTPay Paga or the best I think which is Quickteller. There's a lot of others though |
Word Click is a word game created by a young Nigerian programmer. The game runs on Facebook and has social features embedded in it. Play the game here: https://apps.facebook.com/wordclick/ Playing this game reassured me that some smart Nigerians still exist (y) |
san316:Did you open the link with your phone ? If yes, did it install an app on it? If you did, un install the app, or else nothing to fear. It's not that easy to steal bank info via mail |
dhtml18:lol native-doctor, I believe, if I were white ..... hmmm |
dhtml18:Lol about that.... definitely not proudly Naija . |
Teensway:What exactly is the question ? If your friend still needs to go to school ? If that's it, then yes he still needs to go to school and get a certificate. Doing that cannot stop him from learning what he wants to learn |
dhtml18:Andd I'm pretty sure it's not the OP.... ![]() |
GetAvenue:Like Chinenyen said... It's about critical thinking. I really dislike reading except it's a documentation. What I do that enables me solve complex problems is: I imagine I am the compiler and ask, what instructions do I need to be given in order to perform this task ? What complex set of instructions do you give your legs in order to walk. (That's just a sample). In your question, they basically don't want you to use Arrays, Collections, Vectors etc because they make it too easy |
dhtml18:As in ehn .... the guy try |
GetAvenue:Methods like ? Besides you can check for the documentation of the class that the method belongs to online |
GetAvenue:I'll advise you work on your logical thinking. Maybe I don't understand the question. Is it that you are trying to solve the above using major OOP concepts or you just can't solve them, probably because it seems impossible ? If you are looking just to solve them, I can easily assist with the first since that's the simplest then you can challenge yourself to do the rest |
yungcheda:WHAT!!!! ?Dude, what year and are you sure it's Aptech ?. OP, most people bring theirs but I'm sure as hell there's enough computers for everyone |
matana247:You welcome ![]() |
matana247:The certificate is Advance Diploma in Software Engineering (ADSE).... Depending on the course you go for With ADSE, you can go for Top up in affiliate universities If you have your ADSE, getting Admission in the affiliate uni won't be a problem. The 90% sure one is Middlesex University because their Nigerian office is actually Aptech at Victoria Island. YOu can check Middlesex website to see They do have computers in their training centers of course. I've not been to all, but the few I've been to, yea ADSE was 1.1 million for 2 years and the payment varies then Finally, I don't think you can get admission in any Nigerian university with ADSE |
The aim of this post is not to compare NL to SO at all, but to complain about the programmers that ignore questions and about the newbies that ask vague questions |
dhtml18:hahahaha such questions provoke me too |
There are somethings I noticed about the programming section here in Nairaland. First, when there is a general discussion of maybe a technology, notice how other programmers act like professors.... mentioning different terms and concepts of programming. However when someone really needs help and asks a question, people become very reluctant to answer. I noticed in Stack Overflow, people willingly lecture others for free, post helpful links, even write helpful codes. Some programmers told me it's because what they suggest might not help the person... true but at least it would help other people that comes across a similar issue. Lastly, people that ask questions, be more detailed... sometimes you see questions like My Eclipse is not working...help My code is not working I cannot add users on my blog L L, is it magic... try to provide code samples of what you've done, screenshots or the exact quote of the error.Let's be more helpful |
Please provide details of the error, it might be your code. From my experience, if the issue is either your JAVA_HOME or that your Eclipse and Java versions don't match, Eclipse would not even start at all. You would get an error like "Eclipse could not find JRE or JDK in path/to/eclipse/folder/jre/bin....". So please paste the exception here |
I was testing something in the web version so Playing with computer won't work. Only online would work. If you still wish to test it, download from here: For Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fincoapps.tictactoe&hl=en For BlackBerry: https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/59970958/?lang=en&countrycode=NG |
Putting it in rice has always worked for my BB Passport. If it doesn't work for you, take it to an engineer |
dhtml18:lol so u are really serious. It's mainly for web developers right |
dhtml18:hmmm yea I would really love it if you can contribute to it. And I wonder the project that made you start learning about browser plugins . Also, can you give me your contact |

age should be an advantage not a disadvantage for him. If I had all the oppprtunity he is having now, I did be a better coder today
