Rainmaker69: If this is true then I am disappointed in these unions. Why should they think they can hold the whole country or a section of the country to ransom over a private employer/employee dispute. Instead of going to court, they are inflicting hardship on others. Next time Nigerians won't take them seriously. This is unfortunate. I expect more people to speak out. It is highly unfortunate that we have clones as union leaders. He is telling us that Total has no right to transfer their staffs again. I wonder when transfer has turn out to be sack in NUPENG terms and warped reasoning. Very shameful. |

BADNEAT: For a man who's headquarters operated from a house which was seized and stolen from the igbo after the civil war (chief obi) in portharcourt to have cried about injustice before being executed is a clear reflection of the fact that Nigeria still wallows in a state of colossal parakpoism, kangaroo chauvinism, nepotism and tribalism. ..may his soul remain where it belongs...igbo hater crying for justice Ken saro wiwa was served justice as it should be. He believed in one fake united one Nigeria, but unfortunately fake united one Nigeria doesn't believe in justice, equity and fairness. In Nigeria fair is foul and foul is fair. |

So is it honourable for Tambuwal to resign knowing what the constitution says about decamping. Ops it is wrong for you to mislead the public by referring to only a section of the constitution How do you expect supporter of APC e-rats to know that? |

Pennywise: Sometimes we try too hard to find solutions to problems that do not exist or we go rigmaroling/sommersaulting looking for answers that stare at us in the face.
Minister of state is a creation of the Obj Goverment to deputize for a substantive minister. The real essence is for political jobs to go round. It was an expedient decision of Obj to spread the goodies among supporters and loyalists not minding that state resources can ill-afford it. If GEJ had any leadership spirit in him, he would have since abolished that position. I suppose we all have to wait for Buhari. Buhari will follow the footsteps of his predecessors because he was sorrsurrounded by vultures like Tinubu. |

conyema12: Nigerians continue to pay a heavy price for allowing those who slaughtered women including pregnant women, children, innocent civilians and engaged in rapes, a needless war and other unconscionable barbarities that violate all norms of law and natural justice go scot free. It has fundamentally debased our society and created a Frankenstein of injustice and impunity that is devouring the nation. It has also nurtured and consolidated a culture of violence. With no social, economic or political justice, Nigeria resembles more a jungle than a human society. This is the 21st century and if we desire to march along with the rest of the world in advancing human civilisation, it is necessary and urgent to bring Yakubu Gowon and his accomplices to trial for only by such a reckoning can Nigeria be freed from the demons of her past and unshackled from the prison of monumental injustice and impunity in which she remains presently chained. GOD Bless You. I have never seen a German praising Hitler for his atrocities. Nigeria and some Nigerians are celebrating a murderer. Soon they will celebrate Imam shekau and members of boko haram. |

luvinhubby: 1, I grew up in a barracks with an Hausa friend called Bella, went to primary and secondary school together, was so close that we decided to attend same university, sat together for JAMB. Bella scored 205 while I got 233. Both of us did not meet the 245 cut-off mark but Bella was given admission for the course because he was from `educationally disadvantaged state` and i was offered a lesser course or try next year. Why should I remain a part of that country? You should remain because Gowon and Awolowo prefer injustice to justice. |
