1. I used my name when it prompted for name
2. I used fakenamegenerator.com to generate a random US address and Zip code.
3. I used my Nigerian email address too.
4. I used textplus, check it on Playstore, it's an app you can use to get a US number which you can call and text with. I used the number I got from textplus to also do number verification.
In all, you'll verify email, phone number, and then bank account! When you've done all these, the limitations on your account would be lifted!

I used Nigerian IP for my payoneer. But for PayPal, I used a US IP to create a US PayPal. Just use a VPN to change your IP to a location in America, create and verify your PayPal. Although I still have a Nigerian PayPal but it can't receive payment, that was why I had to open the new one.
I have not really received any payment on my payoneer.

One day I was going to a friend's place! I entered a bus, the conductor wasn't hearing English as is their tradition here neither was i hearing hausa. When I told him where I was going to, he said I would pay 120. Normally the fair to that place is 50. I didn't have any option so I entered. When we took off, a man beside me asked me where I was going to because he heard when the conductor told me 120, I told him. Immediately he got angry and asked the conductor to refund me immediately. The guy did without even uttering a word. Obviously he was just out to scam me because he saw I didn't understand hausa.

@Chriswazo, an hausa man scammed me yesterday and i'm not happy about it. Right now, I'm beginning to review my stand on the integrity of the average hausa man. When the first of them that yesterday noticed that I knew what he was trying to do, he started laughing. By then I had left his place and finally got to the stand of the young man that still scammed me. They saw my dressing, and they also saw that I didn't speak in hausa, so they knew I'm new in town.
This is not the first time it is happening to me. On many occasions I have been charged double the fair because either the Keke guy or the bus conductor knew that I don't understand their language and that I probably cannot describe where I was going to.
What I'm saying is that if you don't know how to speak hausa, then don't expect any good thing from the hausa man
