I have witnessed something like this but it was the defunct SARS officials as they came to a hotel forcing every door open and they came with a bag collecting guests money. One of them saw a guy consuming weed, they seized the weed and later started smoking the confiscated weed within the hotel premises. It is a shame how some of these security operatives go about their shady and illegal activities
