Op go to the hospital or your doctor and request phototherapy treatment for the baby, I don't know if you have the money to run it it involves blindfolding the baby with a small towel and a light will be passed to the child where the child will be laying face up because it needs regular electricity and also exposing the child to morning sunlight between 7:30am-11am is also good one other local remedy I know is you getting unripe papaya (pawpaw) slice it into pieces then soak in a clean table water container and give to the child thrice daily that is once in morning, afternoon and evening.
