A wise people knows that societies, backgrounds and opportunities along the journey of life determine how far an individual can go in life.

If you studies American and European system, you will never blame your country men for being poor again.

Just I highlighted above, blaming others for your woes. As if, whole lot of people are not poor in USA and other advanced democracies, I guess you will also blame their established govts for that.

Where most people get confused is when they call God Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent.

This verse proved that the Bible God is not Omniscient nor Omnipresent as many people have assumed because if He knew everything then why must He go to Sodom and Gomorrah to see if the reports brought to Him is exactly as they said? And if He is Omnipresent there is no need going to ascertain what they told Him.
Now how do we reconcile Revelations 21:6 with Genesis 18:20-21?
After reading these verses some just conclude that this God is a confusionist and they turned either to atheism or agnosticism.
To reconcile these verses we need more than just reading but studying and the help of God's Holy Spirit to unravel the sacred secret.
The truth is that God can see everything and can know everything but first of all we need to remember that He is Holy this means there is no thought of evil in Him in His heart it's always good things that comes in so He is incapable of evil thought {James 1:13} so during creation He never had a second (negative) thought regarding the life He gave others that's why He later regretted creating humans to represent Him on planet earth because the thoughts in their hearts is always negative unlike Him who is incapable of evil thoughts! The genesis you are talking about. Gen. 18 20-21. It was angels in form of humans that branched to visit Abraham, on their journey to Sodom & Gomorrah for destruction, that was talking and not God himself.

You deliberately carved out previous verses 16-19, in other to look real and proof nonsense point.

Let me educate. God created humans in such a way he can decide good and bad and chooses the one he likes, meanwhile, the consequences of his actions will also come back to him, either good or bad.
