Dbanj, wizkid and burna are very OBVIOUS protégés. It's all over their music. Dbanj & Burna even have more of his music style. Wizzy just has felas charisma. Davidos style is very different and has more of a sunny ade influence with the whispered tones.

Davido is more Shina Peters. Davido is a fake Shina Peters. Nothing about him say King Sunny Ade.

How can somebody criticize your musical performance for the year and you begin to cry tribalism? That's very strange. And I think Phyno should either produce evidence of Joe Akpan's tribalism or apologize.

Now I am agreeing with the Joe Akpan that Phyno had a shitty year because all the people that are defending him are only making baseless tribal sentiments.

After reading the Joe Akpan (the journalist)criticism a 100 times...I still do not see the tribalism Phyno is talking about?

UPDATE: So I read the Joe Akan's post again another 100 times...and I swear I still did not see the tribalism Phyno and his fellow Easterners are still talking about.

Anytime you see this OP's topic just ignore it. Why? Because it seems his primary goal is to stir up tribal e-fights. Now, lets consider this topic for a second. Lets assume that the OP is right and the Igbos truly are copying Edo's marital attire, then what is the big deal? Isn't imitation the highest form of flattery? Should the Edos not be happy that a tribe as big as the Igbos are copying them in a good way?

Please STOP all these tribal fights. Its completely needless and worse counter-productive.

Do whatever you want to do as long as when the consequence comes you don't come here and start crying. If you marry her, there is consequence. If you don't marry her, there is consequence. Based on the consequence you are comfortable with, make your choice accordingly.
