fastest way to lose weight natural is on lots of plantain diets. Recently I haven’t done any rigorous exercise for a few weeks except push ups with a routine of one day 100 next day rest, other day again 100 and then rest, this I have been doing these past few weeks together with eating 5 roasted plantain I buy at the road side everyday.
