Amedino99: if same confederation is your argument, there are group pairings that already displace that theory. England and croatia Bosnia and Switzerland Netherlands and sweden France and Norway. They are all from uefa and also in the same group. If I'm not mistaken I think UEFA is the only confederation that's allowed to have 2+ teams in the same group, because the number of entrants from there is more than the number of groups. |

Damioduso1: I just confirm now on fifa site he has been officially cleared by fifa to play for Nigeria . Hope to see him in goal against India at Unity cup next month ending in London Thank goodness. With him and Okoye, the future of our number 1 shirt is secured at least. We need Atubolu or someone else so we can get rid of Uzoho for good. 🤧 |

Samueltemi337: Poland? Somehow I missed Poland. Yeah Poland's there too. But then again including them is doing a lot of heavy lifting. I'd only include them because of their Olympic soccer performances. Although I don't think their success there has translated to World Cups and UEFA tournaments. To be fair I included Russia, so I have to include them. But if I was to make a tighter list, it would just be Italy, Cameroon, Nigeria and Denmark. |

solonnachi: BIG FOOTBALLING NATIONS THAT WILL MISS THIS WORLD CUP 2026. 1. ITALY 2. DENMARK 3. NIGERIA 4. CAMEROON 5. BOLIVIA 6. WALES 7. RUSSIA 8. UKRAINE 9. JAMAICA 10. SWEDEN 11. POLAND 12. ROMANIA 13. IRELAND 14. CHINA
Make una add to the list. I don tire Out of all the names you mentioned it's only Italy, Denmark, Nigeria, Cameroon and Russia that even qualify to be argued as footballing nations. Sweden have pedigree but they qualified, so they don't count. Romania's football peak was in the late 80s to early 90s if I'm not mistaken. Since the start of the 21st century, they've essentially been relegated to minnows. Scrap the rest. They don't even come close to being called footballing countries. |

Once Jamaica hold ball, there's no logic to their next move. It's just to hoof the ball up to the DR Congo keeper.

oloriooko: I no fit watch this it's painful to the eyes make I go sleep jare rubbish match Expected more but DRC better on the attack but Jamaica na muntula Funnily enough, DRC haven't been all that good. They're actually not playing that well. They played better against us and against Cameroon. This is their first match since January if I'm not mistaken. Jamaica is just playing disastrously. |

It's eerie how Italy WC qualifying exit mirrors our own.
- Score first goal against opponent very early (we scored first against DRC. They scored first against Bosnia) - Concede a goal that was technically avoidable - Lose control of the game completely - Drag it out to extra time and penalties - Put up a horrendous penalty shootout performance and lose there.
Abi na only me dey see am? |

UncleHaba22: I feel like DR is better than Jamaica
One African team people are sleeping on is Cape Verde Those people have convinced their Portuguese players to switch allegiance to cape Verde Good players that plays week in week out in Europe Ball wise, they'll do well. Might even get a draw against Uruguay and Saudi if they decide to snooze. But I think the opposition is simply too strong. Well anything can happen sha. |

I prefer Jamaica to win but DRC will likely win. If Jamaica win, I'll be pleasantly surprised.
I no really send all that Africa Kumbaya boolsheet. If the African reps like, make all of dem jonz comot for group stage. E no really concern me. Make dem even reduce the FIFA slot for Africa. E no concern me too. Nigeria used to qualify for WC when it was just 4-5 African teams going to the WC. If we're serious we can do it again. |
