and who says we can do a phase by phase roll in. The problem with our country is non harmonization of policies along leadership lines, while the Fed Govt is busy trying to appreciate the value of our currency, another is engaging on activities opposing their efforts.

While i appreciate the gesture of the state Govt to sanitize our transportation in keeping with the mandate to ensure Lagos state mega city status is maintained, i however questioned the rationale behind awarding such project to coys outside the shores of the country. Unemployment is alarming yet we are empowering citizens of other country simply because of selfish interest . These chop alone mentality that seems to pervade our land is why some will put millions of dollars in houses. For crying out aloud, these people can approach Innoson and cut a deal from the production. Its not new, Obasanjo allowed private telecoms firms to thrive while he allegedly enjoys certain % from the deal.

OP, why not restrict your desired candidates to S.S.C.E holders,looking for candidates done with N.Y.S.C automatically points to graduates . even if the individual is living next door to your firm , that amount is just too small . Better still, call it a volunteer job and term your remuneration stipend.

Utterance of words is easy , any right thinking fella can claim public space to spew motivational words .He is not in a capacity to complain that Nigerian Youths are whining , what are his antecedents both as a student and struggling youth ? congratulate people who admire him for his epistle, if this is their first time of knowing that they should get something doing if Govt is not forthcoming . As for me i will only admire such words from a non public office holder to a government appointee who i fund his salary every month from my pay check .Common guys , this people are just shoving dirt on our body , you can't fix it , you get out and let a fresh intelligent mind come in .

The solution is the CBN should remove the restriction on the 41 items access to forex via Form M , allow open market with respect to domiciliary transfers and remittance . I bet you within one week of doing this , the value of dollar will crash as the $ will be available to all and sundry .

A target of 8 million is no target at all where i work. First target in my life was 400 million naira half year as a graduate trainee from training school . Although i agree with you that Marketing is a skill . Majority of Nigerian firms set out target for staff especially fresh graduates without proper mentoring and also don't provide necessary palliatives to make it an easy ride .

Go to my CV and see all the roles I have handled. From Sales Associate to Marketing Analyst to Business Development to Business Analyst. So the list continues. If you don't have the skill... you don't have the skill.

Sometimes they give me a target of 8 million per month . I meet up at least half which is a PASS mark!

This issue is warped , while I'm totally in support of any ethnic section willing to secede if they feel marginalized in the scheme of things in the country .This must however be pursued by non violent means while also seeking international help. The NO NO for me is this Man who wants to lead this cause , a more locally refined breed with more appeal to all and sundry will gather more support rather than this man of dual citizenship who at the slightest suffocation is calling out to his other country to not forget him.
