Wishful thinking! It's no more the employers world, the employee dictate the tunes now for the skilled ones. Banks that are facing serious skillset drain to the fintechs and japa series. Infact I know of ten banks in the past 3 years that have resort to increasing salaries to prevent staff from leaving and retaining best hands. Infact bank employees are resigning to work abroad jobs from Nigeria. They are just trying to get government attention. |
marylandcakes:this is the only reason I subscribe to for rampant renal failures in Nigeria today.majority of the consumables are adulterated and not pure. Even the farm produce are even subjected to high chemicals. To even make matter worse. You go to the mart for body lotion or soap, they tell you Nigeria and imported own dey. Recently a particular soap brand have to suspend their Nigerian market and what abound now in most marts are the Nigerian products. NAFDAC and other monitoring agencies have failed Nigerians and if care is not taken, there will be more surge in renal failures and allied diseases. |

When i see post like this, i just get inspired to work smart more. Gone are the days of facials, physical prowess, academic or religious scholars getting the hands of pretty damsels in marriage. What matters now is your ability to be successful which is measured locally in Naira or globally in dollars. Even the good girls now want you to be successful. To all men hustling, i pray you succeed and connect with the right spouse. To the female species, it is understandable to rank comfortability high on your search index, please don't also forget to do your own due dilligence. May we not be unfortunate. Also, don't forget to bring something apart from the normals to the table. Like minds attract. Wish the lady a lucky WIN. |
The issue is the present world macros doesn't favour any country that is suffering from Dutch disease like Nigeria. The only difference would have been a better approach to handle the scenarios and also internationally savvy economist should be at the helms of affairs with a good leader that have the body language to attract FDIs. It is not Buhari's fault that Shale oil production triggered the gradual oil decrease, Russia and Saudi Arabia oil price war and the Covid 19 which worsen the whole thing. However, it is his fault in not being proactive to select Ministers who can drive good financial policies under his administration. The head of the monetary arm who even should know better went political with his decisons to get a second term in office. In essence FG killed an already worsening situation with bad decisions. The future is bleak in the interim, why? Dishonest BDc guys are raking in millions per week from benji price arbitrage hence the temp hoarding of the dollar thus inflating greater price disparity to the unofficial retail segment consumers. Future exciting research on alternatives to oil fueled machines is also not going to help and with a president whose body language is not attractive to woo foreign Investors will not spur more FDIs into Nigeria at the moment. Personally, on the direct issue of car buying abroad, two factors will eventually ease the price if implemented by FG, the slash of the levy attached to car import from 35% to 5% when added to car import duty of 35% will make it 40% instead of hitherto 70%, thus making port clearance less expensive. People will rather choose to buy more accidented cars abroad. Also, the reopening of the Nigerian border will also ease price though i guess this will be through more smuggler activities. |

Sometimes its never the pussy but the emotional investment the jilted have attached to the lady.It is always easy to drag, crucify, admonish such reprehensible acts of sucide but large percentile of the populace hardly knows what it means to be emotionally depressed especially when it comes to intimate feelings turn awry. I rememeber vividly how i was quick to chastise my cousin when his babe gave him marching order, calling him a weakling for being too MUMU and playing to her feminine wits. Telling him that i cannot stomach such, i will rather move on and all that. It was like a nollywood script when mine happened recently, it was like as if a part of me was forcefully torn away and it hit me really hard. It took endless of self will not to succumb to negative thoughts and internal rationalization to be able to drift through that phase of life. We are not all wired the same emotionally, some people have very strong control on their emotions while some are weak. To commit sucide, an individual would have been able to suppress the psycological need for self preservation. People should always not leave such category of people alone to their fate but to continue to counsel them, give them moral support and if possible encourage them to move on. Sucide is never an option as the lady/man will still not end up marrying you. The best foot forward is to rewrite your life journey without them and make it a success. Shalom |
This babe is a prize asset for covert ops and will be an highly welcomed member to intelligence agencies. I see her beyond prep people for nollywood movies. This kind of skill if horned by clandestine orgs can be badly exploited and used for nefarious purposes. I pray baba God connect her to international agencies thst will pay her in forex foe this skill. |
Hello house, tokunbo Toyota Camry up for HP, send me a dm if interested. |
All the stakeholders from the parents to the lady and husband are all at faults here especially the husband. Some men are just desperate to marry a woman and will choose a blind eye to signs that are obvious. The friend now husband was friendzone for years only to be turn to when lady was advised to marry him against her own interest. Was he blind ? 15 years of relationship with a man no be moin moin now, that's a decade and five years and people are just talking trash saying she is emotionally attached, why won't she ? The man saw the signs but choose to move ahead thinking she will love him in the long run but he forgot that true feelings never die. His own actions to love her truly shows he wanted her from day one but she never wanted him as a hubby. The parents are wicked and callous and that's why Africans are retrogressive, most marital issues we have now are either caused by selfish parents advice or religious leaders advice given at critical moments. What makes the father think the ex will not a better person in future or the momma ensuring supporting her to marry a man she didn't have romantic feelings for They should all bow Down their head in shame if anything bad happen tomthat woman. Woman, you should have stood your ground when it matters most and held onto your man now ex,if it goes wrong you will know it's ur decision and bear the brunts. Now you are struck in a relationship with a man u don't have romantic feelings for and a child is already in the pic.it is a complicated one ma. I can't just help feel how the ex would have felt too during those period you broke up with him,how i wish he is successful so that ur parents can know truly that they failed and caused u unnecessary pain. Madam don't mind the spiritual bigots,it's not a spiritual matter at all nor u being unloving .it is just karma catching up with all of u parents, husband and u in particular. You left a man you loved and still love and tot u will love another easily like that.Nigerian women and warped mentality.what works for woman a might not work for woman b. You need a period alone to clear ur mind, trust me u can't force what u can't give, all this sex him, romance him won't work if mind is blanked out.so u need to go back to what u should have done initially,if u have resources tell him u need space to clear ur mind and focus on what truly make u happy. If u still can't, pack ur load and leave ooo, marriage is not I die there ooo.same society will blame you if you do something bad to the guy which I suspect will happen very soon |
Honeslty I went through a lot of comments up there and I felt sad.i am so sure one or two people castigating that lady will do same if found in similar situation. I used to mock my cousin for being too soft when his babe left him but when my fiancee dropped the bombshell I thought all was finished. Despite being a strong character person,I was badly affected that many bad thoughts flashed by me. It takes a stronger will, people's support to be stable when things like this happen especially when u think u have it all planned out and it just drop lkke a bombshell. Lesson is always have it at the back of your mind that your partner /wife is not family and can leave at anytime with/out notice self and your source of happiness should be you and urs truly. |
With the non interest bank qualifier,it should be TAG Islamic bank which is one of the newly licensed bank . |
Both of them should be talked to especially Mane, in life one should be careful not to be labelled an emotional wreck, he should learn how to communicate his feelings in a more matured manner hence the word emotional intelligence won't be a stranger to him. His outburst will be interpreted by many in different ways that suite them. Also if any player even has to complain in Liverpool of selfishness, he doesn't qualify what should firmnho say, the foolish African player scored 22 goals last season while just giving 1 assist and nobody complained. Every Liverpool player knew what he did last season to Salah, he will see chances and aim without even considering anybody and Salah took it all in his strides. He should given a serious talk down and warned not to try that again as such affect team spirit. He should focus more and ignore such if he is to progress and clinch personal awards. Even his coach labelled him an emotional player . @Salah currently is suffering from living up to his records and maintaining his idol status in the media which is affecting his psyche . This should be seriously looked into, his task mainly is to provide assist but he seems to have lost sight of that and focus more on scoring the goals himself. This is good anyway but in the long run it generates bad blood between team mates and affect team performance. My advice is that he also should be sub like mane too and Shaqiri allowed to have more minutes on the field of play. Generally both guys morale at this moment is not good for Liverpool and should be addressed quickly as mane feels he is contributing more than Salah and not getting the individual accolades Salah is getting while Salah is trying to be more selfish to equal and best his previous records. |
While gokada was busy settling management issues, opay was busy with strategy, poaching best hands from gokada staff. It shouldn't be a surprise though for people with good knowledge about the industry ,gokada also did a cameo on max.ng who really is the Pioneer of this bike hailing business. I am not a business guru but I think Salem did a wrong move with his former partner. The timing wasn't right for his exit. The best advice have been given on LinkedIn which is to partner with a fintech to be able to survive. For those waiting for opay to crash due to the almost free rides, you might be in for a shocker . Those guys are here to ball and have good strategy to play with. Max ng might eventually be the main competitor of opay due to their access to funding and also ability to quickly find a niche in the industry. All these are just random thoughts anyway.shalom |

While I have great reservations against this present act of injustice , I won't want to battle an eyelid for this present CJN. Other judges were subjected to this kind of treatment and the whole NJC didn't fight it back, judicial officers were harassed and houses raided in commando style and yet nothing was heard from the office of the CJN condemning these gestapo style, so it is now the CJN knows judicial officers need to be queried by NJC first before being answerable to judicial process. Nigerians and especially the youths need to know that unfortunate precedents are being set and we are all taking sides sheepishly. If his Lordship knew he will also be subjected to this treatment, I am sure he would have been strong on checkmating this judicial abuse then. For the teeming youths who choose to support all this disregard for due process, continue by the time it reach your turn, you will not see help as the institutions that should have helped, you have joined hands in bringing them down. This Klopp self sometimes with his Lineup, Fabinho shouldn't be in that position and i pray he doesn't commit a foul self. Yes Hendo is our captain but his form is appalling and should be drafted into the game when our chances of wining is strong. Enough of all this player loyalty. Ultimately can't really say good about this formation against a 13th placed Brighton, a 4-2-3-1 with a Hendo and Gini weakens our midfield and is not good at all. This is the kind of games you give Keita chance to get hold of himself playing alongside a Fabinho ahead of continental fixtures. If he stick to his trust in Hendo and Milner, I am afraid we might just get punished for it Anything less of a silverware this season, Klopp should be hold responsible. |
people with their funny ideas and wills, how did Tinubu himself became the much respected politician today if he hadn't stood up to the party hierarchy then. Now another politician want to do same, everybody is saying he is this and that. If he goes ahead and WIN, this same people will turnaround and point out that how intelligent and ...... he is. Enough of outside political interference in a state, let the state apparatus decide. This is not the old OYO Kingdom where Alaafin will send his anointed candidates to govern lesser territories. SHALOM |
My own take away is Someone took a chance on MR Tony Elumelu, that chance is what many Nigerian graduates lack access to. Majority of the current top echelon of companies were all given opportunities that they themselves have turnaround to erase. |

Go for ICAN, put all focus into it and finish it within record time. This will enhance your appeal to recruiters and get you interview/test invites. Msc will only help you cover the Undergrad if you come out with good grade, you will still be in the ranks of a bookkeeper. Meanwhile look for all these medium size audit firms or even one partner firms and solicit for internship or volunteer . This will build your experience level. |

How can manager, internal control be reporting to head, finance and accounting, This does not reflect good control practice. |
Some comments on this topic shows why an average Nigerian who try to go the extra mile to ensure processes work usually think twice. Take it or leave it, for that woman to resort to such action, that driver had fouled somehow and probably seem un-remorseful obviously by not wanting to stop. Another civil servant might be reading this comments and divisive on whether to do good or bad at the moment, merely seeing how some are condemning her based on some reasons might just end up going for an alternative not good for public interest. I personally appreciate the woman, i pass by that road everyday and she is one woman that should have been promoted rapidly to hold high position in other to encourage junior officers to exhibit professionalism on the job. |
