iamoyindamola: That's why I will never forgive wengay, that foolish man knows the limit his stupid team can go but he would rather throw all his eggs in one basket and by February reality of another trophy less season start showing. IMO Liverpool will win the EPL this season because that's the main priority example was the caraboa cup he fielded younger players and they still beat us. Our season often ends in February, we would be in all competition and then injuries, fatigue and suspensions will crash everything. Except you're man city with quality big squad, the best is to priotise. |

Jodera: during DEC wen most players for other countries dey rest and recharge for January, that's wen England will be playing 4matches in one week. Most of these small clubs wey don comot for cup competition will use that opportunity to take points off top teams. And I'm certain, cazorla for no survive am if he stayed put at arsenal. Him and ceballos for don dey share hospital bed now dey sing despacito Lolzz You gorit .. That's why some managers just priotise 1 or 2 competitions and field young players or bench for the rest. Liverpool ..UCL and Bpl, klopp do not care about orthers, Sallah,Mane and Firminho hardly feature together in cup games Leicester also priotised, the year they won the league, they concentrated on it alone.. Morinho faced Europa and fa cup that year with utd, he rested players and had a bad run in the league, but was v.good in Europe... Which competitons do you think we priotise? The reality we don't have a squad like city to compete in the remaining 3, playing for all is the reason some new players and youngsters would start the season well and end it with a bad form. |

ORIJIN201:
EPL is not easy again abeg. Even the Liverpool that we are looking at will soon lose with the way they are winning games like they are in northern African league with their regular 2-1 scores. Terabyte Abi Na kilobyte dem dey call am yearning dust that going unbeaten was easy those days.
Obviously sounds like the early 2000 kids. If you had seen Vieira play in the middle of the park, the way he tackles, and how he quickly transitions defence to attack, then you'll know that team had beasts of its own. No player in that Liverpool midfield will get a chance in that team. They'll get to reserves at best. EPL no easy o, When others are enjoying holiday in december, here you don resume training, na games upon games. Na we dey play 4 competitions . Klopp dey use scope, He plays only League and Ucl, he plays kids and doesn't care if he drops from those cup games.. Even at that, fatigue, injuries and suspensions must happen, Liverpool are feeling that.. Pep is benefiting from his big squad, . why do you think those youngsters who find it hard here are bossing it around in Europe? Na Only few dey make am big here. You see Lukaku and Smalling, Emery sef was exposed, it was too fast and furious for him.. Na why I dey like Coach and players wey don understand the league.. See Pepe and Oshimen, Maybe Iwobi could have looked a gem with no pressure in French ligue, Even Carzola may not have got his form back with us, I trust them to send him back to the hospital Don't mind Kilobytes, if it was easy, why didn't the treble winning utd side do it. |

The spirited Newcastle side have once again stopped the mighty City, they did it in Jan last season and now again.. They already took 6 points from spurs and utd, Newcastle aren't spectacular, but the belief and rugged attitude from players did it..
This is a major issue at Arsenal I wish should first be addressed, because teams in England do not respect big names or anyone. |

Roland17: While this is an interim position, it is neither a grace period or a time to experiment with losses. The season is still relatively young because we are only 13 games into the season and I believe we have the squad to salvage this mess. You will not get a pass from me because of the interim tag, we can not continue to set the bar low. Not even 2/3 games to sort some things out? You sef go harsh o It's true there isn't time, but it's difficult he gets it straight away, I think it would have been better during one of the international breaks, maybe an indoor friendly could do. . I think every new manager need a pre season to experiment things. |

Jodera: I think it'll be fair if we know the kinda passes he's giving. We all know 90% of his passes are mostly sideway passes. As a Cm, more of key passes are to be expected from him. So if you can bring that let's see. Also, I wouldn't wanna drag this further, let it don't be misunderstood I hate him tho
And I also feel Roland17 have tackled the rest. All what he said concerning the stats I what I even have in mind. But we all move. I hope ljumberg impresses and we hope to see our arsenal we all fell in love with back.
Ehen...now I remember, you still dey port go Liverpool? Those stats are just to prove he isn't worthless, yes I was aware of the playing time excuse they'd respond I with, and it was because he was earning his spot till the whole team dabarus.. I still dey reason liverpool , if they can go unbeaten lasan, where's our pride again? My brain is already there but my spirit isn't.. Until I see an Arsenal side that play fearless, energetic quality football, I don't trust this lads.. The 2007/08 set were the last convincing side I love. |

Roland17: I don’t know the numbers/ % of people who had him in their fantasy team but I would question the wisdom of any fantasy team owner in having any Arsenal player apart from Auba on their fantasy team. In the occurrence that your statement is correct, it would not be shocking, considering he was an assured pick to start and end games for Ebening and that alone gives you fantasy points. Guendouzi has made the most 1st team appearances for Arsenal since last season, this season he has played the most minutes in the EPL for Arsenal in comparison to the others in your comparison and had the least sub appearance so it is only logical that he would be above others in most categories. Roland17: Guendouzi has enjoyed twice the playing time in comparison to the others so it’s not shocking he ranks higher than all or most. Well, I think he was doing fine and was on most fan's fantasy team list for every game, till the whole team began to look like a relegation bound.. It is not to hype him, but show why a young boy who isn't supposed to be Manning an Arsenal midfield hasn't been useless. |

Jodera: I think you're sticking away from what I asked not the other way round. When we talk about attributes of a footballer, we talk of finishing, passes, tackles, interception, good crossing, dribble etc. Fighting spirit and confidence isn't an attribute of a footballer( tho I won't deny it's needed in football presently). So, arsenal won't miss him, if doesn't have any outstanding attribute. He doesn't give key passes, he doesn't score, he doesn't assist, he's not good aerially, he's not an effective tackler nor a good interceptor. He's not good at shielding defence nor even reading of the game. So you feel with these limitations, just fighting spirit and confidence (which isn't attribute sef) will what will mk arsenal as a team miss him, then I don't know what to say. All these hardwork without result will take a club no where. Sanchez tracking of back and fighting spirit always yield out result, same as martinelli. I feel if martinelli is given the type of chance guen is having, perhaps we'll have more points than what we currently have. Everyone knows ozil needs a good DM to shine and that's why he shone the season we had cazorla and coquelin as our two base players He is a CM, just that the manager has been confusion things, he plays Torreira far up,Plays Guen as DM etc.. Let's see how he's faired as a CM.

Jodera: Thank you. That's where I place guendouzi too. If he's managed the way willock is managed, I'm so no one will complain. You couldn't even mention any of his strength sef lol. I don't mind him coming from bench or starting some few games, but being a guaranteed starter for a club as arsenal without any obvious great quality is what I'm against from beginning. I mean he's no fabregas-like in terms of quality(in terms of starting at a young age). And no way am I saying he's arsenal problem. Na Emery create that problem, cos most people knows here that he's limited, sure no be him fault say emery dey start am(That's why I can't be against him or loathe him). With a fully fit squad, to be sincere, I don't expect him to start so we'll see how it goes sha Now you sound like you, very balanced and matured view.. The thing is Guen impressed in his first 2 biggest games of his career, Man city / Chelsea and everyone was convinced he shouldn't go into the reserves and be should be part of the team or be allowed to compete for first team.. He made Xhaka look like a waste of buy and rendered Elneny useless, it was for the management to ease him, play matured sensible players around him and not put pressure on him, even at that, the boy was always going to put the best he can. This is England where the games come fast and thick, players here are strong, aggressive and rough, we play 4 competitions and have no festival break... Should Gurndozi or Torreira who are new and young to the league be allowed to go through that rigorous games.. You're right, in an ideal midfield, where we have an Ndidi or Partey, he shouldn't be in the first team. |

Jodera: bro abeg talk true... Forget propaganda or any big English (lol) Abeg what is guen's greatest attribute that we would miss if he goes like 2-3 weeks injury? Guen is not Arsenal's problem, there are many who'll go on long injuries we won't miss.. There are some players though very few who are good and very important to the progress of this team, they are about 3/4..Guen may not fall here.. There are some whom if well managed can be an important figure asap or in the nearest future.. Guen and most of the young players fall here.. There are some who are not worthy to play for us nor be patient with for any future plans..Guen does not fall here also. I dey always respect your views but you ef up by sounding like "them". |

Emery almost always sounded like Iwobi was a liability. Bro, you need to check out some of his post match comments about Iwobi last season. The poor lad knew he couldn't trust Emery. Yes, most English Arsenal fans didn't appreciate him, but also did the manager Emery is like a puppet, he doesn't have a mind of his, A good coach should be able to see the players who are worthy to help his team from big stage games.. Iwobi's cameo against Chelsea in Baku should have been enough sign to him that he's a material.. The league is hard, pepe can tell, Iwobi could have dominated French ligue also. Iwobi may not have had shiny stats, but he contributed with his urgency, direct runs, chance creations, agility, pre-assists, bravery and never say die attitude. |
