All the Rivers people attacking Amaechi are an ungrateful bunch! I don't know what they really want...how many of them complained when Gov Odili was there for 8yrs doing nothing but stealing and doling out money? They were busy praising him...golden governor! Fools! There is a difference between defeat and robbery! Most of you asking Amaechi to conceded defeat because GEJ, Agbaje, etc did so are either ignorant or just clowns. I suspect you guys do not even live here. There were gunshots the night preceding the elections in Rivers State and gunmen were in most places on the day of the elections to scare and steal ballot materials. Are you aware the AIG in charge of Zone 6 was ordered out of Rivers State on the day of the elections after he had arrested a Police DPO that was being used to perpetuate electoral fraud? The areas affected were the areas with high population of voters. If this is allowed to stay, it would encourage others to do same in future elections! 2 Likes |

Hello good people, vote your conscience. Don't be manipulated. If your pastor says don't vote for a Muslim, ask him if Daniel served a saint; whether Modeccai did not serve King Ahaseurus and if Joseph was not a prime Minister under Pharaoh. No right thinking Pastor who is focused on his assignment will tell his members who to vote for. The Pulpit should not be used for campaigns. This election is not about North versus South, nor is it Christian versus Muslim. It is about th...e soul of Nigeria and good governance. Don't allow politicians divide us. When they share money, they don't talk about religion. When they want donations from Aliko Dangote, they don't remember he is a Muslim. When they enter an aircraft, they don't ask the religious faith of the pilot. When their bosses are atheists, they don't resign from the job. When an Alhaji gives them contracts, they don't reject it. They and their wives go to Dubai to spend money. Dubai is in United Arab Emirate but they have no problems buying houses in Dubai. But when it comes to politics back home, they say they want to ISLAMISE you. Yet, some of these people were spiritual consultants to Abacha. Vote your conscience. If you want to vote for Jonathan, vote for him based on your conviction that he has performed in your estimation and not because he is a "Christian".
