somebody will just wake up one morning and start writing something just because that's the way you're thinking. Who told you that's what(most) men want. No single statistics to back it up.

If you must take energy drinks please try to limit it to at most once per week. The composition of those things are detrimental to the health. Coffee is even still better in that respect (not saying there's nothing like caffeine addiction though).

If your room is big enough, try walking about for like 5 minutes. Take a nap if you feel tire. Do whatever but don't become reliant(or addicted) to drugs in the process.

I'm 37y.o, will be 38 this year and all I have is my waec certificate. Like you, I went to the university and spent 8 years too but couldn't graduate. I was so demoralized and ashamed of myself I stayed away from home for years. As a matter of fact, I only faced my fears and returned home last November. Like you, I know how it feels to think of oneself as worthless and a complete failure. For 5 years I worked as a nanny in the city where I schooled, just so I could stay away from my home.
My advice to you is somehow you have to come to the point where you face your worst fear. Look yourself in the face and tell yourself there's a whole world of good that can come out of you and your experience. It helps to have supportive people around you, but ultimately it starts with you. You're a huge success and a work in progress. Tell it to yourself as often as possible even if you don't believe it.
Step out of your shell. My shame made me cut off a lot of people from my life just to limit the explanations and so I could stop seeing the stuff I imagined they were thinking about me, but the right people can help you go a long way to getting back on your feet. I don't have many of such people, only about 4/5 but I'm grateful for them. You most likely have such people around you- stop pushing them away.
I wrote jamb in 2020 after years of feeling petrified at the thought. I had to get over how I felt about writing the exam with people young enough to be my children and I went for it. I passed. I wrote post utme last year and scored high too. I was given admission to Abu, Zaria but guess what? I rejected it. I put myself in a position where I'd proved to myself that I could get something right and I didn't think wasting my time in our university system was worth it. I felt I needed a degree to validate me but now I know I don't.
I'm pursuing a career now in digital marketing after taking a course I graduated from this month. It's not all my making, I have a strong support system but it started with me.
Why have I told you all this? You have no idea the amazing things you're capable of. You think you're introverted? You've not met me. I've tasted depression and felt suicidal before and yet here I am. Don't give in to those thoughts. One personal statement of mine is "do it afraid”. I'll likely be my own worst critic. Everyday I feel self doubt and fear but I keep pushing myself inside. Please find an iota of strength inside you and push. Refuse to give in to the fear and negativity going on in your head.
Above all, a relationship with God helped me with my initial depressive tendencies and I believe you can find rest and acceptance there too.

Hello guys I'm in need of a solution. I started dating my babe since last year, and we plan on getting married this year.

I tried getting g her phone but to no avail. Then I sat her down. Babe tell me, are you a lesbian ? She vehemently denied, asking why I will even ask her such question. 1) we've lost the ability to start over when we make mistakes the first few times.
2)The information you can come across is so wide, varied and absolutely ginormous that it drowns; if you don't have laser focus, trust me you'd drown in the sea of information. information that could have easily helped you to build wealth.
3)As a result of No.2, you want to explore every option. Now herein lies the problem: you will only want to dedicate very little time to learning say backend engineering, because you're in a hurry to run off to explore other options -YOU WILL DEPLETE YOUR ENERGY. FOCUS!!

It's true, failure is painful. But if you just focus on the frontend dev you're doing now, i believe you will smile soon.
