Adsense is an advertising program for publishers whereby Google serves ads to publishers website and they get paid whenever anyone clicks on the advertisements

I applied for Google adsense since 3 weeks ago now for this my blog http://dailyinfo.ga and no respond yet, but I have confidence that I will be approved soon because I have done all the necessary paperwork.
I agree with you, sir. But don't you think one of the reasons the delay is there is because you still have some links on your menu that came with the theme and you have not removed them?

When adsense visit such links, they find no content. The best you can get is insufficient content because every link must have content. If there is no content on any link or category, remove them and insert them again after approval. Just an advice.

Hello,

When this type of message comes, that means you are doing everything right.

What google means here is that they have not gotten enough words to form a niche for you.

For example, if your website talks on Relationship and also School issues, for google to activate adsense on your account, they need enough text that concerns a particular niche so that the crawler can send the right message to google servers on the type of ADs to serve.

Keep writing or write up to 3 long articles concerning a particular topic and you'll be fine.

Jobs/Vacancies4 Reasons Your Job Interview Ended So Quickly by fleps(op):
Most times it comes as a surprise to job candidates when job interviews end so quickly. It could be a good sign as well as a bad one. Research conducted in 2015 by a team of researchers from Old Dominion, Florida State, and Clemson reveals that decisions whether or not to hire a candidate are made in less than 15 minutes of the job interview. In fact, in over 65% of the time, decisions were made in less than 5 minutes.

So, why do some interviews end so quickly? Why would managers make seemingly 'hasty' decisions and leave the candidate to a bewilderment of "what went wrong?"

Having had/held several interviews myself, I can really place a hand on possible reasons why job interviews can end so quickly. It is also important to understand that these reasons are 'likely' reasons and might not be actual reasons why job interviews could be very short.

4 Reasons Your Last Job Interview Ended So Quickly

You Came Late

It is not really professional to be late for an interview. Doing such is giving the impression that you're a man/woman of excuses who might not be able to get the job done on-time (deadlines). Besides, it puts a strain on the interviewer's time schedule as other things have to be done. It is a lot worse if other candidates have been interviewed before your arrival. You could be asked to leave or your interview could be cut so short for lack of time or total disinterestedness in having interviews anymore for the day.

The right candidate has already been chosen

Umpteen times, this happens. The reason HR Managers do not just invite one person for an interview (despite the fantastic CV) is that they want to have alternatives should a candidate do not fit into the company culture. Most do have behavioural interviews with candidates and if the right candidate has already been decided on before you came in, yours could be a mere formality. This is more likely to occur in 'one-man' businesses where the HR Manager is the CEO and at the same time the Account/Finance person - basically small organisations.

Mere Formality

Mere formality for interviews means the interview is just done for record purposes and not to select the right candidates. In Nigeria, this happens a lot, especially with government establishments. The right candidates know themselves or the 'lucky' candidates might have even resumed work thereby making the interview a cover up - a representation of a due process that is never to the letter. So if your interview ended so quickly and you sensed you were not asked some vital questions or no meaningful conversation occurred, I'm sorry, you might have just attended a Mere Formality Interview. Then again, it could be the other way around.

You Aced it too Early

...which is quite good. However, it is rare to have short interviews with suitable candidates except if it's a follow-up or second, third, fourth stage of the interview - nothing is foolproof. The second interview I had with my present boss did not take up to 10 minutes. Yet, candidates can be deemed 'not suitable' on the second interview after being successful at the first interview.

Are you looking for a job alert subscription service or are you simply tired of MTN job alert subscription fee you’re forced to pay even without a desire to continue with the service after a certain period of time? Then I bring you good tidings! Read on.

There’s nothing that can be lost on mobile when it finds a way through the Short Message Service (SMS) to get to your device. No matter how intrusive (or extrusive? Nahhh. This is not Geology class) it can be, you must read/open it, right? At least to get rid of that tiny message notification sign on your android before you miss an important message (say… an interview?) just by ignoring them! That makes mobile SMS a viable means of being on top of your job search or career journey.

You can now get live job alerts via SMS without subscribing to your mobile network service provider. It’s as easy as sending a message to a certain code and getting all updates. So let’s get with it

How to get Job Updates via Job alerts Subscription for Free
In order to job updates or alerts via SMS, follow the following steps

1) Determine which jobs website or career portal you’d love to keep a tag on or get updates from. For this purpose, we shall use Jobberman.

2) Go on to twitter, search and get the Twitter Username of Jobberman (i.e Jobbermandotcom)

3) Go onto your mobile device and type ‘Follow Jobbermandotcom’ (without the quotes). Now send to 40404

You’re DONE!

You’ll receive a message immediately that you’re now following updates from Jobberman and how you can opt out should you want the updates no more

WHAT DID YOU JUST DO?

You might want to ask what you just did. Don’t worry, I’ll tell you.

Basically, you’ll be getting SMS of updates from Jobberman but this service is powered by Twitter.com. Twitter’s 40404 service enables anyone to get alerts via SMS on the updates of whoever they are following on twitter if they subscribed to it. Whether the subscriber is on twitter.com or not, anyone can use the service

Also, this means any update from the @Jobbermandotcom’s handle will get to your phone and not just job alerts. But I believe since Jobberman is concerned with recruitment and job updates, you should get relevant alerts via SMS. Besides, you could opt out any time.

So go on, subscribe to any twitter handle (e.g @Acegoals) and get alerts relevant to your career or job search.

To your success!

Please, share. Others could benefit too.

I don't use SPC4 but just to chip in that the NOTIFY issue is the Sender ID displayed when you send SMS to MTN DND numbers via some channels.
Okay. Thank you sir for the response.

Before the 'Notify' issue, I usually send to my number and it was not the same. My number is not on DND.

I have contacted the makers of SPC4 and they are aware and are working on it.
WebmastersRe: Learn Bulk SMS Business Here On Nairaland by fleps(m): 9:57pm On May 22, 2017
Wait o guys

Am I the only one having issues with SPC4?

Or is it that I am getting more users that everytime they want to send a message, there is one issue or the other and I have to assist?

Please, who else is having the issue of ALL SMS being sent carry 'Notify' as sender ID instead of the sender ID used.

Both mine and that of my resellers. Today alone, I have spent the whole evening trying to solve issues, especially with large volume SMS.

The issue is not with my providers. I use two foreign jet speed providers. Tested on both, the 'Notify' is still the sender ID

For the past two weeks I have contacted SPC4 support like more than 3 times for 3 different issues with SPC4

Abeg make una talk o! Abi una customers no dey send SMS ni?

Lol. I can certainly say this post was not copied

And those saying nairaland does not have SSL... have you for once tried putting up an ad on nairaland and the page is not on ssl? I think SSL is most important when you want to enter credit card details.

If no, then, this is what you have to do.

On that email, you will see a button 'START HERE'

Click on that button, it will take you to a page that you can sign in.

After you sign in, you will see your dashboard without the '3 days' notification.

CareerI Hire Candidates Best Qualified, Not Those With The Best Resume by fleps(op): 10:42am On May 17, 2017
The gospel every recruiter and resume ‘money-maker’ is dispensing today is the need for a good and perfect resume. In fact, most candidates believe something is always wrong with their resume and google on a rampage with searches like ‘How to write a good Resume’ or ‘Good Resume samples for Human Resource Jobs’. They obviously rule out the fact that something might actually be wrong with them; the way they prepare themselves and the ‘many messages’ they send when they meet the interviewer.
You may have the best resume and yet not qualified enough. Getting a job easily and even sustaining same is more than just a resume. You might get the recruiter or Human Resources person to invite you for an interview but when the chips are down, everything becomes bare!

I am presently fully involved in the Growth and Employment (GEM) Project sponsored by the Federal Government in partnership with the World Bank to help Nigeria support Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) operating in different high potential sectors throughout the country. I’m working with over 15 clients to ensure they get the best candidates. For each position, at least, I’ve had to sit (or be on phone) with three to five candidates, that’s amounting to over 50 potential successful candidates.

I would not say I’ve seen it all. But what I’m certain about is how the following points below can get anyone a job easily even without having a fantastic resume.

Attitude
Generally, how you present yourself matters. What you think about the job you’re interviewed for also matter. Also, if you will not show up for the interview or you’re running late, let the contact person know via call or email.

Drive/Excitement/Energy
Even if the salary for the position is just N20,000, show energy and drive. Do not present yourself as someone begged to accept the job or someone who already has a N1 Million salary job waiting in the pipeline. It’s even better you reject the interview invite. Do not show up moody and looking so disinterested in the job. That way, your interview ends quickly!

Natural Professionalism
Just be professional. Chat professionally. Show professional humour. Comport yourself and be open towards corrections and advice. How you behave during the interview is surely how you’d behave when you’re employed. Though you could change/hide it or put up a show, but trust good recruiters/HR managers, series of questions will fetch the real you out!

I look forward to writing more about the GEM Project recruitment experience once the whole onboarding process has been done with. There’s so much I’ve learnt and I intend to share soon.

Hahahaha!!!!!!

Some people are just funny!

So you want people to visit your blog and you just pasted that thing up there hoping that people will click.

Shior!

If you're smart enough and learn from experienced peeps you will understand that putting up a full article here and placing your link as source (even if it is .tk) might have the slight opportunity of getting to front page and having more people say:

"Wow. If such tip can come from this website, there may be more. Let me head there!"

What matters is the quality of info and not the .ga, .tk, or .cf TLD
