Careers24, a job portal and recruitment platform for job-seeking graduates in Nigeria is shutting down.
In a statement exclusively obtained by Business Insider, Media24, a subsidiary of Naspers, South African-based multinational internet and media group officially announced the closure of Careers24, its online job portal in Nigeria after operating in the country for five years.

The job platform will close its Nigerian operation effective from March 1, 2019.

Explaining the reason for shutting down the job platform, the CEO of Media24, Ishmet Davidson, said Careers24 hasn’t managed to gain the expected traction in that market.

He said, said, “Like any other business, we regularly review our portfolio of print and digital brands, products and services – some flourish, others battle.

“Thus the decision to close Careers24 Nigeria, which unfortunately hasn’t managed to gain the expected traction in that market.”

Davidson, however, emphasized that the closure of will have no impact on Careers24’s operations in South Africa.

He said that Careers24, South Africa has established itself as one of the leading job portals in the country.

Careers24 launched in February 2014 to battle the job market with Jobberman and others but unable to survive the market after five years of operating in Nigeria.

Corporate Adsense accounts are accounts fitting for a business entity and not just a blog or blogger website. These are accounts that are somewhat immune to some penalties of Google because of long standing credibility.

HOW TO KNOW CORPORATE ADSENSE ACCOUNTS
Adsense does not give you a badge or sticker. Here's how to detect a corporate account
- Age of Account
- Number of warnings or suspension (usually, they have none)
- How many times payment has been received
- Range of how much has been received on that account

Simply put, corporate accounts are 'pure' old accounts. They are not easily banned and even if any infringement is detected or you have low clicks or low revenue, you'll be surprised that you'll get a call from an Adsense representative seeking to help you.

So I have one of such accounts for sale. I've been using this account since 2013 and now I want to let it go. I never used it for self clicking or porn clicking or image clicking. It is pure. No warning or whatsoever.

Click my username, and look for my adsense posts when I helped several people get their adsense approved back then.

The Adsense account goes for #80,000 ($25 already inside)

I have two other normal account (not that old)

One was verified in 2016 another last year.

That is the latest fraud in town. I watched it once on TVC. They steal your phone, and then try to discover which of the numbers (if double sim) is connected to your account by trying to buy credit via *904# (MTN CREDIT) that will bring out all the bank account associated with that number. From there they carry on. They might also want to check if your saved your BVN as a phone number. And there is a code to check too.

So once they get all your bank account and your BVN, the work is finished.
