Okay. Hello All I have 2 concerns 1) There is this user on a Bulk SMS Website that registered On the Backend of the website, it says that the user has never logged in before But two days ago, 3 failed transaction came in via Voguepay in a text message from the email account registered. I went to check the account and it has no phone number and still says it has never logged in HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? 2) Just yesterday another message came of a successful transaction via Voguepay from the same email. I went to check and it still says the user has no credit units and still has never logged in PLEASE HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE Registered, has not even activated the account, has never logged in, and there is no change in credit units and has carried out a transaction... PLEASE WHAT IS GOING ON? |

The Lagos State Government has said it would uphold the Rule of Law to ensure Lagosians go about their normal businesses in any part of the State without fear or molestation. This comes against the background of a strike threat issued by a faction of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), protesting the new pump price of petroleum. In a statement signed on Tuesday 17th May, 2016 by the Honourable Attorney-General/ Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Adeniji Kazeem, the Government gave a stern warning against purported threats from certain quarters to disturb Public Peace by forcing workers to stay at home against their wish and the law. The release stated that following the ruling on Tuesday of the National Industrial Court on Tuesday in Abuja barring the NLC from proceeding with the strike action, it has become unlawful for any person or group to either disrupt free movement of people and vehicles or prevent normal business activities The State Government assures Lagosians that adequate security measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of lives and property. The Government said the Commissioner of Police and other Heads of Security Agencies have been directed to maintain law and order in accordance with the Rule of Law. The Government reiterates that it is committed to the protection of lives and property and the welfare of the people and therefore calls on all citizens to go about their normal businesses and report any threat or act of intimidation to the appropriate authorities. Wow! I will get there. But Yeah! I have an experience too. I was the Zone Coordinator of NCCF in one of the Niger Delta State. I was selected even without experience of being the head of any fellowship. Six other Corps Members/set were reporting to me as the leader and I was the youngest amongst all - under 25 whereas some of the excos were almost 30 or a little above Ways God helped me are simple: let them know who is in charge (not bossing all around o) don't always seek for their opinion when the situation requires you to call the shots (I discuss with the Assistant/Secretary on this but not ALL excos), Always ask for input in meetings and consider all suggestions in equal weight for unanimous agreement Be transparent Be accountable Communicate always Delegate and have confidence in their abilities Pray always for them Never sideline anyone or create a lopehole on your part that anyone can point accusing fingers at Always adhere to the instructions of the Holy Spirit 2 Likes |
