No greater evil than APC.

When you have Tinubu, Atiku, Amaechi and Buhari working together. ... it can only be fraud, corruption and violence.

You wont believe a world renowned PWC because your pre-conceived expectations were not met. Yet you expect any sane human being to believe you and your impossible 30 trillion rants.

You are one of the reasons I believe Nigeria will never get better. Its no more about the leaders but Nigerians themselves. We readily give up our development strides at the foot of tribalism and religion.

I sincerely wish Nigeria well but my interactions with Nigerians on and off social media shows me clearly that we've got real problems and we might just never get it right.

Perhaps. ...maybe that's why we are black.
Politics › Re: PDP Makes U-turn, Passes Confidence Vote On Jega by Flets: 6:41am On Feb 13, 2015
With this news, its become obvious that Jega will be moving on come March 1.

Its probably come to the point where Jega has agreed to step down by 1st March but PDP is keen on getting itself off the resignation story line

This is pure chess game play here, PDP has nothing to gain from taking this position if not for the ousting of Jega. With the queries that was served Jega in the last one week, I don't see him surviving through March 28.

Watch what plays out in the next few weeks

In 2015,The Independent National

said that the number of

collected their Permanent Voter
Cards, PVCs, amounts to
45,098,876.
This figure represents 66 percent

so try straighten up it crooked and lopsided knowledge.
Northeast collected their PVCs because it was available and that cant be said of the south.

Besides INEC handed the PVCs to the emirs and sultans and recorded such as didtributed. All Nigerians are asking is let the right thing be done. Jega flew in as much as 15million PVCs on 4th Feb and insisted on election 10 days after. He should have given at least 4 weeks for collection before elections. At the end, if only 1 million was picked up, its not INEC fault anymore.

The previous 48million has been available for pick ip for over 6months. Why give 15million registered voters only 9 days to pick up their PVCs. It's plain evil.

Northeast have collected theirs because they are WILLING to leave their business to collect it. Don't blame Jega for Southerners unwillingness to collect PVC. INEC has done her job by making the PVC available. This is evidenced by stacks of PVC you see at collection centre in the South. So whose fault is it that Southerners don't collect? Jega? Hmmmm. Just giving a dog a bad name to hang it

DO you know that not all Northernerns and Westerners have gotten their PVCs? This is an opportunity for them also to get their PVC.

No matter how South south people collect their PVC. Their populations cannot meet up with North alone.

If you think the unclaimed PVC belong to South South only, you are very wrong. Millions of Lagosians have not collected their PVCs too. Same goes to Kano and Sokoto.

Using PVC to delay election means, election is never going to hold.

The fault lies on PDP government. Lagos state declared a public holiday and exercise for Lagosian to go collect their PVC, has the Federal Government done the same?

You and I know that PDP is using unclaimed PVC has chess game. We both know its a non-issue and should not cause election delay.
Using huge bolded fonts doesnt equate making sense.
No one is interested if the whole northern PVCs is more than the southern counterparts.

Shame on Jega.

How on earth can he insist to go ahead with an election when you failed to distribute 30 million out of 68 million PVCs? is it not outright robbery to disenfranchise almost 45% registered voters?

Just on 4th Feb, the last 15 million PVCs where flown in and yet Jega insisted to hold an election 10 days after without leaving enough collection time because he thought the odds favour Buhari?

How come the embattled NE have more PVCs distributed than the SS? Jega has to explain.

Why the choice to hand over northern PVCs to the emirs and sultans than the LG INEC officers like its done in the south? Jega has to explain the double standard

His alliance to the northern agenda is obvious and he showed his cards too early.

Even when INEC failed outrightly on PVC distribution and it qualifies for date extension, Jega stayed silent on that subject and blamed only the security program on the joint AU forces in the NE.

This is a good riddance to absolute rubbish. This is victory for democracy.

You this GEJ people are either deliberately ignoring facts or can't see one even when pointed to you. What he told to do is to read the political history of Abraham Lincoln who like Buhari lost election in USA more than 3 times infact but kept recontesting and eventually won and now he is remembered as one of the greatest if not the greatest American President. So shall the story of Buhari be and Nigeria shall be the greatest beneficiary. Even your own children will one day read this your comments and would be ashamed of you because history would've vindicated us that support him now. #March4Buhari #Vote4Change #Vote4Nigeria.
I guess one of the criteria for adopting people in APC is nairaland multiple IDs and replacing the cerebrum with expired kunu

Abraham Lincoln did not truncate a nascent democracy
Abraham Lincoln did not commit human rights crime
Abraham Lincoln did not soak dog and baboon in blood
Abraham Lincoln did not condemn the Army I favour of terrorists
Abraham Lincoln did not incite the killing of corpers for loss of elections
Abraham Lincoln had his qualification and ceertificates
Abraham Lincoln did not surround himself with the most corrupt humans alive
Abraham Lincoln is not a sharia crusader

A million buhari is not worth a strand of Abraham Lincoln's pubic hair

For those aligning with the west on their campaign of callousness against Nigeria. ... hold your peace.

There is no friend in international politics but rather interests. I still wonder why we listen to them.

What noble initiative has the West/ US instituted in Africa in the last four decades? ....

Have you not wondered why all african progresses was initiated and accomplished by africans alone?

After eliminating Gadaffi, what has Libya become and how is the west helping?

All looted funds in Nigeria since independence end up in the west yet they stay silent on the loot route?

Why did Wikileaks define bokoharam as a CIA covert operation?

Why did the West refuse to sell us arms? and how is that reason peculiar to this govt? and why at this time when we are at war with terrorists?

Why did the US stop Isreal from providing us support?

Why did US stop our purchase of arms from SA through proxy?

Why did US urge Saudi to deny us air clearance to air the lift arms we purchased from Pakistan?

What exactly is the end game for west in Nigeria? Do they love us that much that they interfer in almost everything about us?

Now take it or leave it, Nigeria is an emerging economy and power. We have commenced alignments with the Chinese and Russians and we are the biggest fish in africa at the moment.

The US cannot fold its hands and watch us align with russia... they will fight dirty

Any crises in Nigeria now will impact crude production and will drive up the cost of crude in the global market. The whole world stands to gain from a crises in Nigeria at the moment

The only reason France seems tp be supportive of the fight against Bokoharam is because Nigerians will overrun their key african allies such as Cameroon, Niger and Chad in a case of Nigerian crises.

This is not about about GEJ or true interests. Nigerians be wise.

Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan etc are key examples of nations that bought into the evil propaganda of the west. Its a black hole on the wild wild west.
Politics › Re: Gov. Fashola Collects His PVC At A Polling Unit (Photos) by Flets: 1:51pm On Feb 09, 2015
Fashola's PVC was part of the last batch of 15million PVCs that were flown in only on 4th February.

Yet the heartless APC criminals brazenly intended to push for an election 10 days after PVCs arrived without leaving significant time for collection.

Its a different thing if the PVCs have been available and people refused to pick it up. This time the masses have been waiting. .....

Just imagine if APC and tinubu are the incumbents, Nigerian would have gone to the dogs

God bless GEJ!!!!

Everybody wants an end to the Bokoharam except Buhari, northern elements and APC paid online agents like demdem, barcanista, berem etc

The fight against Bokoharam is now tagged to be by Jonathan's govt and not Nigerian govt. That is the height of unpatriotism just for politics.

Let these facts be known today
1. Bokoharam will be defeated
2. Buhari will loose and will never rule Nigeria
3. GEJ will continue till 2019
4. Lagos state shall be freed from Tinubu's evil grip
5. Amaechi will be jailed
6. Nigeria will be great

The forces of darkness shall not and cannot prevail.

Yes, the military should help, but they should not become so important and powerful to d extent of determining schedule and reschedule of elections.
If INEC says they want elections on any day, the military has no option dan to go with INEC decision but to now threaten INEC and insist on a postponement is overstepping dia boundary and treacherous
Security supercedes all electoral processes. No elections should proceed if the security of such process cannot be guaranteed.

The army are part and parcel of the ongoing fight against insurgency as well as part of previous elections. So I guess that to suit you lot,we have to disregard them irrespective of the security report they possess which you are not privy to just to sound politically correct?

Anyway, why am I explaining to you in the first place? The deal is done and you have no option than live with it.

Internal security is not a responsibility of the military. The military didn't provide security in 2011 election, militarisation of elections satrted in edo elections and then ekiti and osun. Is elections now a threat to national security??
It is more than coincidence that all the elections that have been acclaimed free and fair by local and international observers had the military involved.

Now that is one gain we are not in a haste to loose just because rabblerousers feel otherwise.

Get used to it, the military will continue to help Nigerian civilians conduct credible elections until we we are sane enough to do the right and fair thing on our own.

2. It is the responsibility of the armed forces to protect the people at all times! The election is jst 2 days, what kind of distraction will that cause? We only need military protrction in the NE, and not all of Nigeria.
1. INEC didn't want to take responsibility of her inadequacies especially when there is a security report to blame

2. You said It is the responsibility of the armed forces to protect people at all times. They've told you to give them few weeks to guarantee protection and you said NO. Why aren't you in the army? Which security report do you have that tells you you need protection only in the NE?
