Sorry there will be no 2015 and beyond for GEJ in Aso Rock.

Anyway charity begins at home. GEJ should start by cutting his feeding budget, stop the purchase of the 11th presidential jet and stop sharing gold-plated iPhone at his children's weddings.

Otherwise na foul....

I remember when GEJ took over in Feb., 2010. Excess Crude account was at $33Billion. By Oct., 2010 it was down to $600Million. Within10 months GEJ squandered over 32 Billion USD.

The guy cannot send any reform bill even if he gets 4 terms.
In 2010 bokoharam and security budget was not high, crude price has not dropped either. Stop comparing apples and oranges.

By Feb 2015, all you online APC bigots will go into hiding like you always do. There is no stopping GEJ. Buhari cannot win any presidential election in Nigeria. I as a person will defeat Buhari at the polls. His image is badly battered... he doesnt stand a chance. Forget the noise online.

Ok why doesn't the Gov't initiate the bill to reduce Legislators wages and let the house send reject it. At least Nigerians will see that they have the good intention.

But they cannot try it because they're budgeting N4Billion for food at Aso Rock alone. They will be counter exposed by the Legislators.

That bill is coming immediately after elections when GEJ gets sworn in come 2015. Its stupidity for GEJ to initiate such bill before elections as it will political suicide. Stop being a dummy. How can the govt cut their salaries under democracy? Do you mind telling me the step by step process required to reduce those entitlements. FG will have to send such bill back to the upper and lower house for approval before it can take effect. How on earth do you expect the fence climbing law makers to approvae a bill seeking a cut to their entitlement? do you guys really understand democracy or you think we still in the military dispensation.

If not that Nigerians are illiterate, we should be the one agitating for that reduction while supporting the government to initiate the bill. But rather we pitch tents with the enemies of Nigeria in castigating the FG. How can govt initiate such bills when people like you will go back to blame the FG just because you belong to the opposition.

Politics › Re: Give One Reason Why You Will Not Vote For GEJ by Flets: 3:05pm On Dec 25, 2014
Buhari can never rule a united Nigeria. GEJ has set the precedence for a better future for Nigeria through agriculture, automobile, power sectors and the planned deregulation of the downstream sector. The railways and infrastructures are massive gains which his predecessors could not attempt.

The people who promised to make the country ungovernable cannot succeed in dislodging a performing government. Besides, the reaction from the Niger Delta will crumble Nigeria eventually. We cannot almost say bye bye to free oil money anyday GEJ leaves office. its reality and not a threat. they've done it before but it will be very cruel this time. So you can keep shouting Sai Bokoharam.... but there are consequences to every action in a tribalized country as ours

The predicted disintegration by the US in 2015 is only possible if anything happens to GEJ or if he gets dislodged from office. fortunately he will win and remain in office till 2019. But the disintegration is imminent in 2019 after he leaves office. so the north should take advantage of the agricultural policies to build their agricultural sector and their solid minerals. Cos come 2019.... Nigeria is history.

fuel price...#65---#100
I will afford you some response sir because ignorance is no longer bliss for us Nigeria. The increase from 65 to 97naira per litre or PMS is due to the attempted removal of subsidy which has been staged to a gradual process. Subsidy has held this country back for so long. With a population of about 170million, subsiding petroleum products is not sustainable. It has hindered the deregulation of the downstream sector. The private refineries and petrochemical companies cannot invest just because of subsidy on refined product. Let me enlighten you, once the refineries and the petrochemical industries are established, the price of crude to the local refineries will be subsidized (less than global crude prices) and we can actually have locally refined products at less than 90 naira per liter. This will significantly improve our foreign exchange as all the pressure on US dollars for fuel import will be long gone. We could be exporting refined products to neighboring countries. The employment and revenue potentials are massive. Subsidy has to go and come June-2015... It will be long gone.

PrinceMario:
Naira depreciated from #149 to #194 under GEJ adminstration,One wonder why naira never appreciate when oil price was increasing.
Pardon me but this is another dumb statement. Our is a mono-economy dependent on crude oil sales. Even a mad man on the streets knows about the crashing crude oil prices which has impacted the country badly.... how has GEJ caused crude price reduction?. Some enlightenment for you again, Naira was devalued from 149 to 168 officially by CBN (Not 194)... the black market factor drove it up to 190. Hope you are aware that the naira has always been subsidized? Hope you know that if naira is left to market forces without shoring the CBN it would have been about 220naira per dollar in the foreign exchange market? That is why this government have focused in diversifying the economy by opening up the agricultural sector and our imports have been cut in half, the automobile sector is another big deal as it will drive the manufacturing sector of the country. The next plan is to have the spare parts being manufactured in-country. The de-regulation of oil and gas down stream sector is another game in the pipe. Now as a layman, think about these.... these are the key things we need US dollars to purchase in the international market (Refined oil product, food, automobile and manufactured items). These measures and policies are what Nigeria needs to be self-sustainable. Anythi

PrinceMario:
Nigeria now owe a debt which this generation cannot finish paying, meanwhile GEJ own 9 private jets and still clamouring on buying more.
It would be nice if you could be specific in numbers when next you make these allegations. GEJ did not buy 9 private jets so I would ask you... how many did he meet in office and how many did he buy? Did we castigate yaradua and obasanjo for the number of jets in their fleet? why are we chasing shadows when the key pressing issues are before us. For the debt.... it has been clearly stated by all and sundry that security challenges and falling crude prices necessitated the need to borrow. I guess it you would have preffered that we don't purchase arms for the Nigerian Army or that we let the Nigerian economy slide just because we have to prove a point of no-borrowing. Countries borrow in troubled times .... what would have been the alternative to borrowing if I may ask?

PrinceMario:
Where are the chibok girls?
The issue of chibok girls have been overflogged so I wont dwell on it as it is part of the larger problem of the bokoharam insurgency. Some group believe chibok girls exist, some other believe they don't exist. But one thing I know is the issue of bokoharam must be sorted. Life have been lost and I don't consider it a political topic. We know we've lost so many gallant men in the Nigerian army also, We know many attempts to purchase arms, we know some tanks were received last week, the service chiefs were changed at some point to narrow the efforts adequately, it will be very evil to say we've seen no efforts at curbing the insurgency.... The fight is on... victory is assured. the only missing link I find in all this the overall co-operation of the northern elders and elements to end this. They have voiced that they will rather support buhari to fight insurgency than support GEJ.... that is shameful

PrinceMario:
Where is the missing $20m?
Another topic for enlightenment. I am not sure if it is 49billion or 10.8billion or 20billion.... cos Sanusi who should have all the details could not tell us the exact No. However, the coordination minister told us 10.8billion was unaccounted for. Unfortunately... that was all Nigerians wanted to hear. but the devil is the details. A lot of the Oil and gas capital projects are not funded under the JV agreement. They are funded through external funding and Modified carry agreements. A major clause in these agreements with the international money lenders is that the oil wells being developed will be the collateral for funding the project. What this also means is the funds from the sales of those wells are kept in an offshore account from where the lenders recover their capital and its interest based on the terms of the agreement. These money will remain in that account till after the borrowed capital has been drawn down before it is transferred to the NAPIMS/ NNPC account. Now lender will want his money to get into government account first before requesting for his money. So next time you hear unremmited funds, those funds in the offshore accounts is what is being reffered to. If you need more details, I am available

PrinceMario:
How can an individual donates #4billion to a presidential campaign which contravened the electoral act and the police remain dum.b? whereas the road that leads to Iyah gbede,Kogi state(Ayeni's hometown) is not motorable.
Please highlight to me how they contravened. Remember its The Friends of jerry gana and ayeni.... we might be talking about more than 30 people here. I don't see why you are holding Ayeni responsible for bad roads... Is he the state governor?

PrinceMario:
If he as done well for the past 6yrs,he doesn't need as much as #21billion to buy Nigerians conscience, his good work should speak for him.
His good works are speaking for him. The objective minds see things clearly. It would be stupidity to think that Buhari will win a presidential election in today's Nigeria when his affinity for bokoharam is public and openly condemning Nigerian army for fighting bokoharam was the height of it. Now the reason I write is because Nigerians need to be enlightened and understand where we are headed and not because I am interested in convincing you to vote for Jonathan. Buhari's fate (loss) is sealed but Nigerians should stop being myopic and start playing issues based politics. this is issue of condemning every current government has never helped and will never take us anywhere.

Now it does not matter that someone promised to spread sharia across the country
It doesn't matter than someone urged Muslims to vote only muslims (and has no respect for Christianity)
It does not matter that dogs and baboons (christians) will be soaked in blood
It doesnt matter that Buhari supports the bokoharam onslaught and have condemned the Nigerian Army attack on them

All of a sudden, it is more around returning presidency to the north than defending Christianity. We shall see.

Buhari will definitely be humiliated come 2015 but I doubt if there will be a united Nigeria in 2019 after GEJ for a northerner to rule. The precedence has been set already.

I am not good at typing for these kinds of arguements sha.
All I know is that, its not too late for who ever wins that seat to turn the tide that is comming to naija soon.

The immigration test organisation was poorly managed...... the oga was queried.. asked to refund the fees but you lot will not let it rest till he is sacked, so I ask to what end?

Corruption precedes jona, its stupidity to heap it on him like he invented it. Note this.... No single individual can fight corruption under our democracy, only the right institutions will. You can only prove fraud and corruption in the law courts.... while the judges are more corrupt that the accused who will pay their out.

The only solution is true federalism where politicians would have to work to earn their pay. Kick out mediocrity and bring governance close to the people. This is what implementing the confab report will do for us.

We are a nation of complainants, the current govt is always worse. We will still complain about the next but to what end? Are we on the right path of recovery? ... that is the question. And the answer is yes.

Agriculture is the future of Nigeria not Oil,
the Automobile industry holds the future of manufacturing in Nigeria through parts manufacture and services,
the power sector is seriously evolving in the hands of the private sector,
educating the north through the almajiri schools and new universities will make them more productive and less violent,
Opening up the various regions to global commerce thru the elevation of airports to international status,
The railways will improve the state of our roads as the heavy duty loads will be transported thru them. People transit will be better
Deregulation of the oil and gas downstream sector thru subsidy removal is a big boom to our local economy. The private refineries will spring up in a jiffy, our foreign exchange to be seriously improved as the demand for dollars for fuel import will go away. We can now subsidize the crude price to local refineries.

Long and short.... the future is so bright under GEJ. We need to start playing issues based politics. Emotions wont take us anywhere.

Am sorry but you've not said anything. Can you objectively prove Jona has not done anything and I will take you on.

A democracy is as clean as its judiciary. In a country where thiefs have enough funds to pay their way through the courts and corrupt judges.... there is little the president can do until we implement the confab report.

GEJ has sacked his direct employees, the service chiefs, ministers etc even when they were innocent just to purge his cabinet of assumed corrupt elements

All GEJ 's policies are second to none. They are for the future and not your typical short term mediocre achievements. With agriculture, automobile, railways, road infrastructure and power in place.... all he needs is just take away subsidy and implement the confab report and watch Nigeria grow at a rate you lot never imagined.
