Science/TechnologyRe: Scientist Exterminate 5 Million Rats in Antarctic Island by flexyrule(m): 6:15am On May 15, 2018
Only God knows how much I hate rats.
They can be so destructive and their guts is something else. The way rats would want to forcefully gain entrance and share apartment with you would get you wondering if these good for nothing animals contributed to your rent. Well, it they can chase a president out of his office, who I come be for my kekere rented 2 bedroom flat.
Nigerian government should not see this news oooo. Else, another reason to spend millions on helicopters would be discovered. I know APC government can order for another helicopter to chase the rats in Buhari's office.

Linda and her likes didn't get where she is by putting up fake posts to drive traffic to her blog.
This is now becoming a trend.

Imagine.
I still remember how sacred these things were back then while growing up. You rarely find people discussing things like this, talk more voicing it out for the world to hear. Regards for our bodies have been thrown to the gutters and social media is really doing a great job serving as a perfect tool for perpetrating the indecent act.
Soon we'd start hearing of the styles and methodologies they used in bed, accompanied by disgusting images polluting the bandwidth of the Internet.

spenca:
Okay this two government securities are typically of two different classes, the T-Bills is a money market instrument while bonds are capital market. The major difference is the tenor, the TBills go for shorter tenor than the Bonds that are for longer tenor. In Nigeria's economy the longest tenor for a TBill is 354 Days while the shortest for the Bond is 2 years in the case of the FGN savings bond.

Bottom line

Regardless of the yield your investment strategy matters, do you want to go long with your asset or you are holding a short position.
Oh thank you very much. I sincerely appreciate.

Between investing in T-Bills and FG Bonds, which is a better offer?
Can someone kindly advise.

Lol. And that's what they want you to believe. If Facebook could be saving our contacts, our call logs, messages, our locations, and information about our friends and their activities... How much more the US government. Spies are everywhere brother. Try downloading an application on Google play and see the level of permissions the app will request.

America - What a selfish country!!
They want to produce and own Nuclear weapons, yet they don't allow other countries to.
They spy on whoever they want to, yet they don't want to be spied.
They want us to buy helicopters and military gadgets from them and still sell their Agricultural produce to us - despite the fact that we are supposed to be exporting to them.

I know someone somewhere employed by the CIA or NSA is there reading and watching all what we post and discuss here on nairaland. Just like they spy on call logs, SMSes and conversations of world leaders.
What a country!!!

PoliticsRe: Trump Asked For The Protection Of Both Christians And Muslims In Nigeria by flexyrule(m):
First of all, am a great fan of President Trump and he inspired me into doing so many things I thought were impossible in life, but to suggest that President Trump gives a hoot about Nigeria and Africa at large would be me living in a fools paradise.
There's 3 things Donald Trump cares about:

1. Himself
2. Winning the competition against Obama and the DEMs - He is always comparing his administration with the Obama's.
3. MAGA - Making America Great Again (Strictly Business)

You guessed right - Trump is actually a very selfish leader. Well, so far that has been the tool he has been using to Make America Great Again. (The US has spent years and Billions of Dollars policing the world while their economy and citizens remain at the suffering end) It was in this years of policing and acting Big Daddy that countries like China came from nowhere and suddenly became a economic threat to the US.

Trump doesn't give a hoot about Nigeria and whatever that is going down here, except of course if he is gonna make a name from it (I did this, I did that, bla bla bla), would help him score a cheap point against Obama and the Dems and is gonna result in more revenue for the American government.

"We also have a very big trade deal that we’re working on for military equipment — helicopters and the like. We have met before. We have developed a great relationship. And we look forward to our discussion today — very important — but again, especially as it relates to terrorism. And that’s terrorism here and terrorism all over the world. It’s a hotbed, and we’re going to be stopping that"

The only economy Trump cares about is that of the United States. - At a point, Trump said he would discuss with US farmers to see how they can start exporting Agricultural produce to Nigeria. (This is a country who is trying to diversify her economy with Agriculture as the main option in focus - I don't gerrit) Even Trump's body language was all about Trade! Trade!! Trade!!!

It's high time Nigeria and Africa realized that it's no longer business as usual and all man is now on his own. The UK have issues they're are dealing with, the US have their own too. China are seeking ways of expanding their trade boundaries and further solidifying their position as one of the most influential economy in the world. It is now left for African countries to look inward and see how they can assembly human and capital resources for nation building and stop depending on "sugar daddies" who are only interested in what they stand to gain from you. Anyway, Nigeria's situation seems to have no remedy - a country that has been producing oil for the past 50 years, still exports crude oil and import petroleum products - wetin useless pass that one? 50 years! Haba

And the demonstrations by members of the IPOB is becoming too childish. Just like Lagos, the South-east can strive to create an internal competitive economy even as a part of Nigeria and become the envy of other states - Are they serious about President Donald Trump leaving his MAGA agenda and the bazzar to secure funds for building the mexican border and preventing the caravan of asylum seekers from gaining access into the US to attend to their agitation? Mehn. who would school this fellows about the true meaning of O.Y.O?

Finally, PMB did a great job during his visit. Aside the long written epistle he went to read like a 5 year old reciting nursery rhymes (You need to see President Trump's body language then - It was like Ogbeni, this your novel no dey finish ni? Tell me how much helicopter u wan buy make I announce am for my people make them know say I don dey revive the economy unlike Obama and Hilary Clinton) and his statement about Herdsmen not carrying guns. Never been this impressed. My expectation was a 3/10. But he did a 5/10. That not withstanding would not stop him from returning to Daura come 2019.
