You don't understand programming that's the reason for this comment. I can write a program that will check all customers' account balance everyday and if a customer's account is supposed to be debited a certain amount the system will automatically credit the deficit to that account and still debit the required charge. I don't need to login to view customers' account balance. All programmers on this forum know this.

The N10.67 was actually added to make up N52.50. I don't think the N10.67 which you call accrued interest was coincidental to summing up to N52.5

Her account must have been thrown into debit (by the system) prior to that credit (N10.67), then the subsequent debit(52.50) by UBA.

UBA didn't just add money to her account all to deduct their charge.
