Why not regularise the ones that meet standards instead of outright shutting down considering the fact that Anambra has only 229 Secondary Schools.... that means majority of Ndi Anambra attend "illegal" unapproved schools if you extrapolate the percentage of approved secondary schools with total number of schools at all levels.
