Contrary to the reports that went viral, where it was claimed that Wizkid's porsche was hit from behind, new reports surfacing online reveal that it wasn't just that!
"Investigations and eye witness accounts reveal that Wizkid’s accident was not caused by another motorist; the story goes that the singer was spotted racing down the Lekki-Epe Expressway towards the Lekki Tool gate when the front tire burst sending the car in a twist of spins.
Eye witness accounts that Wizkid’s car spun around about four times before dragging along the concrete sidewalk. Within seconds, the right side of his Porsche was shredded. The airbags had activated, keeping the passengers in the car safe.
On-lookers tell NET that as soon as the car stopped spinning Wizzy and his bodyguard jumped out. ‘They got out immediately, Wizkid looked a little distressed but was okay, his bodyguard immediately grabbed a screwdriver and began removing the license plates‘, an eye witness who was attending the party at Oriental Hotel, directly opposite the scene of the accident said.

To celebrate her 29th birthday, Ghanian actress, Jackie Appiah spent her day giving away gifts to the less fortunate as well as making visits to sick children at Oncology Department of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, Ghana.

Jackie made a $1000.00 donation to the hospital. She stated that she would rather bless lives than have people come to party with her!

So sad. Nelson is back in the hospital with a recurring lung infection. South Africa fears it may be time to "let him go"

Former South African leader Nelson Mandela remains in intensive care on June 10, two days after he was hospitalized with a recurring lung infection. Nelson was rushed to the hospital on June 8, when he was declared to be in ”serious but stable condition.”

At some point, Nelson was breathing on his own and had his wife by his side, the South African president’s office, however, with no updates in 48 hours, the office said Mandela’s condition was “unchanged” on Monday morning.

On June 9, South Africans offered prayers at church services.

Nelson’s longtime friend Andrew Mlangeni told South Africa’s Sunday Times that the time may have come for South Africans to say goodbye to their former leader.

“You have been coming to the hospital too many times. Quite clearly you are not well and there is a possibility you might not be well again. Once the family releases him, the people of South Africa will follow. We will say thank you, God, you have given us this man, and we will release him too,” Andrew said.

Sadly, Nelson has been in and out of the hospital for years.

Nelson, who served 27 years in a South African prison under the white-minority apartheid regime, has become increasingly frail recently and has been in and out of the hospital. He spent three weeks in the hospital in December for a lung infection. Then, in March, he was admitted to the hospital for a check-up. A bride refused to show up at her wedding at the Cathedral Church of Emmanuel, Okesa, Ado-Ekiti, on Saturday resulting in the cancellation of the wedding.
The groom, who is from Ifaki-Ekiti in Ido-Osi Local Government Area of the state, was already in the church but waited in vain for the arrival of his bride.
Her whereabouts were unknown hours after the service had started.
The failure of the bride to show up, it was gathered, forced the clerics to cancel the wedding and invited guests reportedly left one after the other, when it dawned on them that the ceremony would no longer hold.
The Dean of the Cathedral, Very Reverend, F.O Bankole, when contacted on the telephone confirmed the incident...
He said, “It is true that a wedding which was planned to hold in the church today was cancelled. The bride did not show up.”

Asked what could have been the reason for such a change of heart, Keturah said “we had problems like normal lovers do, but we always resolved them amicably. I know there was something Jim asked me to do, which I didn’t want to do right away, but that should not have made him to do what he did.” Pressed to reveal what it was that Jim wanted him to do, she said it was personal.

Keturah said she feels used and dumped “I played along in the reality show as if I truly was a jealous and crazy lover. It was an act, but now I feel as if Jim set me up. He is a wicked man. I stood by him through all his troubles and tribulations. I helped bring him to the limelight when the light of his career was dimming. He is an ingrate and I leave him to God.”
I just can’t believe Jim would be this ungrateful – after all I have done for
him. I have not been able to accept this and I am truly in a state of shock. If Jim could treat me the way he did, after six years of being there for him, supporting him, encouraging him in all that he did, then I
